“I own a 2009 Hummer H3. The original factory mounted light bar started to fail. I took it to Cadillac of Novi (purchase location as this used to be HUMMER of Novi). They were NOT interested in taking on the job because it involved removing the headliner to access the bolts. Stopped at 2 more garages…they laughed at me ☹. As I was pulling away from the third, someone shouted “try Farmington Hills Collision.” So I headed there next. Scott (this is for the female customers - RICHARD GERE’S twin brother), came out to take a peak at my treasured BEAST (she only has 70,000 miles at 17 years old). To this day, I’m not sure if Scott was overly excited to take on this mountainous task, but spotted my golden retriever Archie in the back and immediately said “yes” to the job. This man literally went above AND beyond to get the light bar reattached to the roof of my Hummer which was no easy fix!!! Scott ended up locating a light bar out of state on a totaled Hummer and even went out of his way to pick it up for my baby!!!!!!!!!!! I can’t say enough about this garage and how I was treated!!! I RECEIVED THE MOST OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! IT IS TOP NOTCH!!! SCOTT IS AMAZING!!! DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER!!! I’M NOW A LIFETIME CUSTOMER ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

“Derrick was great to work with. Explained what could and could not be done and why. Came in for a tint strip at the top of my beater civic for some Uber deliveries in my spare time because the sun has been brutal while trying to navigate. It looks great and they got me in and out in probably 15 minutes. Fast and great service. Would consider bringing in my blackwing caddy here, which I'm very picky about, so hopefully that says something — would recommend.”

“A baseball recently fell from out of the heavens and smashed my moonroof. I made an insurance claim to have it fixed, the process led me step by step eventually to this cozy family ran shoppe. The guy (Dave) that runs the shoppe and his dad couldn't have been any nicer, responsive, professional or nicer. I called, Dave answered right away, questions asked by me were answered straight away. My vehicle was dropped off one day and picked up the next. I highly recommend this shoppe that was super easy to find, clean, well lit and maintained. The clean up of the glass was perfection and the repairs has me feeling like it never even happened. ❤️ ?”

“Have recently moved to the Farmington area and received services from this belle tire locations 2 times in the past few weeks (for completely unrelated reasons) and both times were met with professional service and quick turnaround, I fully intend to be a regular customer at this location for the services they have provided me with recently, notably, both of my experiences here have been midday on Saturday (and for my repairs/service I have had to wait in the waiting room since I have no one in town to bring me to or from the store), and my wait times have not surpassed 2 hours. I am rather pleased overall. For the quick service, it is not necessarily the cheapest necessarily, but it is rather quick which is a must since I only own one vehicle”
“I made a appointment for tires and found out I needed new shocks on my car. When I bought my car I knew it was leaking but not bad at the moment a couple of years ago. So it was time to replace them. Also needed alignment they gave me a very fair price on that. They was very professional from start to finish. I would recommend this belle tire to anyone. I have dealt with discount tire for many years and will not be returning. Belle tire treats you with respect when you walk in the door and when you are leaving.
