From start to finish, he took excellent care of me and my car, gave me the LOWEST quote in the area, and got my car ready 1-2 days earlier than he had quoted me. There weren’t any hidden/added fees he put on my final payment and he even took the car through a wash before getting it back to me!Not to mention he is he kindest, sweetest, and most honest soul! “Finally, a shop that was able to align my recently lowered Infiniti FX50 perfectly. From shop to shop, state to state (business in Wisconsin, family in Michigan) nobody was able/willing to perform an alignment on my car. No 30 minute alignment shop is going to be able to align lowered/lifted/custom suspension and I’ve wasted time and money trying, wish i would have came to MPA to begin with but you live and learn! Will be coming to MPA for all my custom needs from now on. Thanks to Brad and the team in the garage for getting me right ??”

“I had a hit-and-run accident last week, and all the shops I’ve been to quoted me between $1,000 to $1,400 for the paint scratches on the rear bumper.I finally took my car over to Lucky’s Collision, and Joey was able to remove the most of the other car’s paint and charged me only for the touch up paint bottle (around 30 bucks).It’s definitely not perfect close up, because it was not a complete paint overhaul, but as you can see now the paint damage is almost unnoticeable.Joey was very upfront and honest about the damage that my bumper had and did not overcharge me for the service which shows that he definitely knows his stuff.I definitely recommend this place to the others. “I experienced the unfortunate event of driving over a plastic garbage bag in the road. It was immediately wrapped around the drive shaft and sucked right into the rear differential of my 1500 Ram truck. It started leaking oil so we replaced the fluids and the seal. While doing that we discovered plastic was embedded in the bearings and an overhaul was required. I called around to multiple shops and dealerships. R&P of Oakland was the only place that understood the exact issue (they've had to fix it many times), gave us a quote on the phone that ended up being almost dead on, and provided excellent customer service. I knew my truck would be in great hands and that the work would be done correctly. They treated me and my husband with respect and professionalism the entire time. They even saved the destroyed bearings to show us how much plastic was hiding behind there. I dropped it off on a Monday afternoon, with the estimated pickup of Friday afternoon. They called me Tuesday morning saying they had a cancellation and the truck was already being worked on. We were able to pick it up Tuesday afternoon. Couldn't recommend this team enough. Their quality of work is unmatched. If you need any axle work done this is the place. Thank you SO much!”
