When I asked for help, I was brushed off while other customers continued to be checked in. Thankfully, Carlos noticed something wasn’t right, immediately took my keys, and had my tire balance finished in about 20 minutes. That tells me the problem wasn’t the wait—it was that I had never been properly checked in. Carlos provided excellent customer service and completely turned the experience around. I hope management recognizes employees like him and makes sure every customer is acknowledged and checked in promptly.”
