“I absolutely LOVE this place! The Doctors and staff I’ve encountered have been so kind and caring. My more recent experiences with veterinary offices (last ten years) have often felt rushed; you feel like a number. However, this office stands out far above the rest!

After moving back home with our 10-week-old puppy, Mille, who was sick and needed to be seen ASAP, Commerce Village Vet was the only vet willing to see her immediately (including my previous vet). Other offices had appointments in 10-14 days if I wanted to wait that long, or they suggested I take her to an ER vet. No way could I let my girl continue in pain for that long. Also, she was a puppy, and I wanted to start Ellie off with her new vet and the best experience possible. I didn’t want her first vet appointment here to be traumatizing.
Since our first, we’ve had several visits, and each one reminds me how much I appreciate them and how happy I am to have found them.

We have 2 dogs and one is a little bit more difficult to deal with but not for them. They always do whatever they can to make it as comfortable as possible each time where in.”

“ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CARE!! From the minute I walked in with my critically ill English Bulldog, Willis, I was treated with great compassion and kindness. My general veterinarian had sent me there, as Willis had developed severe pneumonia in a VERY short period of time. He was taken immediately for care and I was kept abreast of everything. From the front desk staff to the physician, I was put at ease. Dr. Howard was outstanding in her communication with me and addressed all of my concerns. Willis needed to stay for a couple of days, receiving oxygen and IV antibiotics. He turned the corner towards better health quickly. I was thrilled that MedVet texted me updates, as well as photos of Willis. HOW GREAT WAS THAT!! Dr. Felix handled his care, and she too was above and beyond the norm. Discharge was thorough in every way. I would highly recommend MedVet to anyone. It is FAR ABOVE a closer Emergency Care facility to my home. The drive was well worth the outcome.”
