“Here is an overdue review! We have been taking our dogs here since about 2008. They always have looked after them with great technical care, professionalism, attention to detail, and compassion. I highly recommend them. The staff is top notch, and they really all have a love of animals. They are also part of a great emergency care network. If your pet needs are critical after hours, they work with the emergency and surgical specialists at OVRS to ensure that your lil guy receives continuity of care if they received any care that required a critical stay or critical/emergent surgical procedure.”

“They truly care so deeply about the work they do and the health of their furry patients. They get you in and out while being extremely thorough, and they are wonderful at answering any questions you may have. They also offer Saturday appointments which is amazing for strict weekday work schedules. I recommend this vet to everyone I know!!”

“Dr. Melissa Schultz and staff are the best. They are kind, caring, and always so helpful. Our family has been coming here over a decade now and we absolutely adore this Vet, to the point we still drive down here all the way from Flint instead of switching to a closer Vet. Melissa has always done above and beyond. She will always strive to find the best approach for you and your animals and all of her prices are very fair. You cannot find people or Vets offices like hers these days. Grateful for the staff at Great Lakes Vet. Thank you for all you do!!!”

“I just want to say thank you all! Dr Holahan removed a very difficult tumor from Diesel's skull/brain. He has rebounded quickly and home with us doing well. I cannot say enough about how great the people are here. They truly care about your pet and you. If I could give 10 STARS I would. Every person I delt with was amazing. Thank you and bless you all. Special thank you to Dr Holahan, Florencia, Kat, Amanda and Jessica. You are all wonderful people and we greatly appreciate you ❤”

“Our cat Arya had a tongue laceration and Dr. Jamie Craig fixed it up so well. Arya is able to eat and drink normally again. You can trust Dr. Craig to do surgery on your pet and to explain everything that's going on with them thoroughly. Thank you, Doctor.”

“The Greenfield Animal Hospital has been exceptional with our sick kitty! When I initially reached out to them with my concerns, they got back to me within an hour and got her scheduled in the next day. The techs and vet were so sweet and gentle with her as they ran their tests and provided us with some treatment options. I really appreciate how attentive and compassionate they've been during our follow up visits, as well as how easy it is to communicate with them between appointments. I felt like they genuinely cared about my cat's health and were eager to give her the best care they could. Their pricing was very reasonable, especially for the high quality services they offer. While my cat does not like leaving the comfort of her own home, they really do their best to create a safe and welcoming environment for pets and their owners :)”

“Took my senior cat for a dental exam to evaluate the cause of her oral discomfort. The entire staff, from the receptionist to the vet techs and doctor, were kind and caring. Ultimately, she had to have extensive dental work done. The procedures, care plan, and aftercare were thoroughly explained. I am very happy with the care my cat received, and would not hesitate to recommend Exclusively Cats.”

“Absolutely amazing my girlfriend and I take our dog Gordie here for physical therapy. He goes twice a week. They have reasonable prices and a water treadmill and a cold laser therapy. They offer stretching and massage. And some other cool gadgets I don’t remember. We really enjoy the staff. They’re helpful, knowledgeable, and so friendly.”

“Dr. Ast is the best vet I have worked with in 22 years and the animal world is a better place because of him. In so many ways he goes above and beyond, from taking the time it takes to find the solution, or explain things to me, or communicating outside of visits to coordinate care and adjust home treatments as needed. He is super gentle with my dogs, but engages, calm and systematic in assessing, and does not overtreat/overtest - which is a great counter to my own neurotic approach to my dogs. The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable, and I don't think I've seen any turnover since I started going there - a sign of an excellent practice. Thank you Dr. Ast and all the Plaza staff!”

“They are the nicest, friendliest people in the world. They don't charge you an arm and a leg like some of these new fancy business corporation run vet places do.”

“Appointment was readily available, everything was explained in detail to my satisfaction. All money matter were open and transparent and detailed and explained so no questions were left unanswered. My pet needed an emergency surgery, and within 12 hours my pet was in full recovery. She is doing so much better. I felt the price I was charged was very reasonable.”

“I am very grateful for the care and support I received from every staff at Jeffrey Animal Hospital. When my dog became seriously ill, Dr. Zelten and staff were compassionate and help during a stressful time. Their genuine concern for me and my little one made a difficult situation much easier to handle. I never felt pressured into unnecessary tests or treatment, and was particularly thankful after switching from another one who behaved very differently. I highly recommend Jeffrey Animal Hospital to anyone looking for genuine and trustworthy care.”

“As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, right away my puppy knew where he was at. I've never seen a puppy so happy to visit the Vet. When he saw allison that tail started wagging as if there was no tomorrow. I must say I was a bit jealous to find out that he fancy allison. The love that he received is undescribable. Hillsdale Veterinary Hosp. Is the best in Farmington. It's home away from home and my dog loves it there. The staff and doctors are phenomenal!”

“Dr.Jones and Scarlet , you are so wonderful to us and our fur babies. We have been going here for a couple of years. They took care of our cat Tink in her senior years and gave her the best quality of life possible and they were both there for us when it was time to bring her in to cross the rainbow bridge. We couldn’t have received better care during that difficult time. They still care for our fur baby Stella and now are caring for our senior boy Rex who doesn’t just trust everyone but he was great with them. Thank you for always providing great care and for getting us in same day when it comes to emergency visits. We appreciate you both. -Justin&Amanda”

4066 West Maple Road, Bloomfield Hills MI 48301
“The way they care about the pets is amazing and I appreciated how they explained everything in layman’s terms lol sometimes people working within a specific profession use jargon from that industry and for someone not in that space it can be hard to follow. They broke down clearly what was happening with our dog, they got us in quick and demonstrated exceptional customer service. They even called a few days later to see how our pup was doing. Definitely would highly recommend this vet clinic.”

“I have 2 male kittens. Dr cheng lets you be apart of everything. My kitty had some ear mites, she cleaned him until he was all clear ( took 50 mins) then let me see inside the scope to look at the alive mites. She’s very hands on and Gentle with the animals. She cares so much about these animals, she prices well and she does her best and explaining things, occurring issues or just good tips to know about animals. Very very recommended.”

“I have been going here with different animals for over a decade now. I am extremely picky about doctors, dentists, lawyers, contractors, etc. Which is why all my friends and family ask me where to go for incredible service. I have an extremely high stress career, travel a lot, and I am a generally grumpy guy and my dog is worse! She is loved but a nightmare. This staff handles both of us incredibly well. Seems everytime I walk in there its an emergency. I complain about costs, have time constraints, and what ever else I feel like complaining about that day. They always manage to fix me then fix the dog. I felt it time to tell them I appreciate them!!!!!!”

“We’ve been coming here since our dog Koda was a pup. We’ve had three moves since then and they are still my go to call for all things Koda. Today, Daniel helped us tremendously when I thought Koda was suffering from a bee sting .5 miles out on a run from our home. Daniel was calm, knowledgeable, and ensured I was able to get the support I needed in a time where I was completely frazzled. We don’t live nearby anymore but if you’re thinking of a vet and came across them look no further. To the team at Briarpointe, thank you! Daniel, thank you!”

“Compassion, expertise, and communication were the highlights of my experience at OVRS. Every staff member was kind, compassionate, and helpful. The praise and love my cat got from everyone made me feel reassured that he was in good and caring hands for his overnight stays! Each staff member also was great at explaining procedures, options, care needed, transparent about prices, and answering any questions. It made a very difficult process a lot easier and I am so appreciative of all of them. Cost was always within the range of the estimate and felt reasonable considering the level of care my cat needed. Dr. Bula and Dr. Ottnod were both knowledgeable and compassionate, and patient - despite assuredly being busy people, when they were in the room with my cat and I they never seemed rushed or stressed. I also appreciate their extremely knowledgeable techs, who easily answered any additional questions I had, and Dawn, who was always prompt in responding to my voicemails and also very knowledgeable! I appreciated all of you throughout getting care for my cat. Thank you.”

“My son (cat) Simi ran away for a month came back exactly a month later. This vet handled him with so much care. The staff was patient and kind. The immune bost shots and shots were reasonable and affordable. Although the wait sometimes can be quite long, definitely worth the wait. Lastly a walk in facility is going to be crowded at times especially when everyone tries to get there pets in for an affordable amount. Thanks again my experience was awesome 👌🏾 and we only was in the lobby 20 minutes”
