They came to me with options so I didn't have to figure out a plan B on my own, and made choices for me when I was too overwhelmed to think. The prices are usually reasonable, and often times have discounts. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and willing to answer any questions or contact the vendor if needed. Easy to spend an hour or more looking around without realizing it, especially with two floors to browse, and I always leave with some treasures.”
