“I used Riverbend Body Shop for an insurance claim repair after hitting a deer with my truck. My claims adjuster was very happy that I chose Riverbend, and Riverbend was also very pleased with my insurance company Cincinnati Insurance. No issues with the claim whatsoever, and Riverbend did a fantastic job repairing my truck. It was a front end strike so the bumper, headlight assemblies and some sensors all needed to be replaced. It looks and drives like new again.”

“I would have to say I started going to river valley after I bought my 2007 f150 in 2021. My truck has been a nightmare of disasters since I bought it, I got gouged for price during pandemic when most small dealers were trying to stay afloat. River valley has been my savior! So helpful but just a bit overbooked, but only because people are fixing vehicles instead of trying to keep buying new. And river valley has the best service and knowledge. Props to them! Never been happier and won't go anywhere else.”

“Excellent experience with Glass America.Called Safelite first and the price for rear glass on our 2010 Minivan made my mouth drop! Glass America beat them by being over $150 cheaper.I was a tad skeptical but read reviews like the one I'm leaving and took a chance.The service was great. Tech was prompt and courteous. Fixed our vehicle and everything was as expected. Would surely use this company again!”
“A little delayed on posting but they were GREAT a couple wks ago when I got a flat tire. My schedule is pretty tight so I was ecstatic that they were able to service my car within the last hour of closing! They were efficient, fast, great communicators, and I was in and out of there within a half hour or less with new tires!”
“Late in the day on Monday I found out that I had a flat tire due to a large wood chip (yes, a wood chip) that punctured my driver side rear tire. After a quick change, I brought the tire to the Plainfield Belle Tire location at 5:00pm. Even though they were extremely busy with scheduled appointments, they were able to replace the tire as it could not be repaired/patched due to the large hole that was left by the wood chip. What really impressed me was not just the speed and efficiency it took to change out my tire, it was that when the Plainfield Belle Tire team were done changing out my tire they repackaged the spare tire and jack assembly back in it's storage space in my vehicle. This added service of putting the spare and jack back to it's original storage location was greatly appreciated and was not overlooked. The repackaging of the spare tire and jack system was just, if not more stressful then the act of changing out my flat with the spare tire. This is an added value of service that was performed by the Plainfield Belle Tire makes realize that the care and service performed by Don and his team is why I purchased my tires from the Plainfield Belle Tire location. Huge thank you to the Plainfield Belle Tire team for their valued service!”

“My windshield turned out fine. There were some marks on my interior fabric that I needed to clean up. There was some glue or something that was stuck on the windshield that was right in my line of vision that I needed to deal with. It took a couple of hours for it to be completed. My recalibration seemed to be good. All seems to be fine a few days in. My insurance covered the cost so we'll see at renewal what it really cost me.”

“I have used Belle Tire for literally decades over multiple vehicles. However this time I had a very unique situation occur with regard to the switchover from my regular tires to snow tires. I couldn't have been more pleased or more satisfied with the service and accommodation I received from Jesse at the Kentwood store. All of the other sales associates were also helpful and friendly. Jesse went way over and beyond what he needed to do to solve the problem and end up with a very happy customer. I highly recommend Belle Tire and specifically this Belle tire store.”
“Yesterday, on the way home from an overnight getaway, we drove over a bungy on I96. It lodged in the tire. We pulled over to the nearest exit to put on the spare. Being unfamiliar with the area we looked up the nearest Belle Tire..our go to in our home town. We were relieved that there was a store a mile from our location and it was still open at 6:30! Ryan was helpful and so pleasant. They got the tire fixed incredibly fast and even put the spare back though we told them not to worry about that because we had a big cooler over the spare tire well and were fine with it just being put in the back! This Belle Tire on Alpine Ave made an unfortunate accident so much less unpleasant! Thank you Ryan and the very thoughtful technician that did the repair!”
