“The process was simple and straightforward. I dropped off my keys in the designated box in the short-term parking lobby and they took it from there. When I returned five days later, I received a text with the box number and code to retrieve my keys along with the location of my car in short-term parking. My car has never looked better. The exterior and interior were spotless. Anything I had left in the car was bagged and securely stowed in the trunk. I couldn’t have expected any better service. And I saved money on parking! I highly recommend the service and will definitely be a repeat customer.”

After first taking my car to a Volvo recommended body shop who gave me an outrageous estimate, I found Jose Morales whose estimate was more in line with the repair needing to be done. Additionally, he was responsive when communicating with me, and, when I stopped by the shop to bring keys for our luggage rack, he invited me to look at the progress made on our vehicle and he described various steps of the repair work being done to our vehicle. To say that we were pleased with his and his team's work would be an understatement!”

This time, I had a trailer that was getting run down, and the shop really went the extra mile to get it back to looking new for me.I had three rims cleaned up and painted white, then the whole trailer (4x8') painted black.I also paid for the lights to be replaced and they did all of that for me as well. “I just purchased my first car from a dealership just 2 weeks ago and as luck would have it I ended up with a scratch on my glove box and paint transfer from siding on my driver's side door. They were tiny and some may say not worth it to fix so I was a little nervous getting them touched up. But
not at any point did any of the staff give me attitude or the 'are you serious' look. They were all super friendly and fast! Thank you especially to the painter!!
If I need any touch ups in the future or know others that are looking for a place 10/10 I'll reccomend Fox Shine!

“Pretty pleased with the Titanium program. The process is ok except for the blow dry system. It doesn't adequately dry the rear of my Forester well at all. Have to bring towels to dry it off, if not it's all waterspot dried on by the time I get home.”
