“I really do love Aldi, u do have to visit each one sometimes because like searching for pokemon u never know what u may find when shopping. I found some german food they ran out of at my store and snitchzel is amazing. The employees are always helpful, even when closing they ask if u need help and are nice about helping u. Definitely love stopping by whenever i get a chance. The groceries have only gotten better throughout the years, and it doesn't hurt the pockets like family fare or Meijer does!”

“When you walk in you know you’re in the right place. It’s got everything and more- tasty treats, fruits, vegetables, meats and more to take home, as well as friendly kind people everywhere. Only wish there were places for older people to sit down.”

“They used to have these ginger bread type cookie bars filled with fruit. With icing strings on top. This was when they were on Kalamazoo and Boston. Does any know the name or if they still make them?”

“Love shopping here, checkouts are fast, most off brand products are as good or better than brand names. Can’t beat the prices. It’s like anywhere else, takes a bit of trial and error on some things.”

“BEST cider, and it only cost me $6 for a gallon. There were also apples, pumpkins, gourds, and other things for sale, but I had the cider previous years, and that's what I was after!”

“Ken's is always a great experience. They have a wide assortment of produce, baked goods, and the meat counter has a lot to choose from. They have a great greenhouse too. They have a lot of specialty spices and candy too. I highly recommend.”

“They are always pretty well stocked, I don't love getting baked goods, fruits, or vegetables unless I know I'm going to eat them quickly. They have the best ranch and deals on snacks! So it's the greatest when you have a growing kiddo.”

“The apples are small and we're dinged up in the bag but by far they are the most delicious Macintosh apples I have had since moving to Michigan and I come from Massachusetts where Macintosh apples rule the day”

“In the quiet kingdom of the concrete lot,
Where the quarters wait in a silver slot,
The ritual starts with a rhythmic clack—
A rented vessel for the snack-aisle track.
No marble floors or soft-lit glow,
Just high-stacked boxes in a steady row.
The Middle Aisle Magic
Here lies the heart of the fever dream,
Between the frozen peas and the heavy cream.
You came for bread, perhaps a lime,
But leave with a chainsaw and a sprig of thyme.
A snorkel set? A weighted vest?
The Aisle of Shame puts the soul to test.
You didn't know you needed a wooden duck,
Until it met you in the back of the truck.
The Velocity of the Scan
The cashier sits in a throne of speed,
A blur of motion for the hungry breed.
No dawdling here, no wasted breath,
The beep of the scanner is a dance with death.
Milk and eggs fly through the air,
With the frantic grace of a county fair.
Your pride is measured by how fast you pack,
As the next in line is at your back.
The Bounty of the Blue
Winking Owl for a modest toast,
Mama Cozzi’s—the budget host.
Brioche buns that shine like gold,
And specialty cheeses for the bold.
No name brands haunt these simple shelves,
Just treasures found by the savvy selves.
The bags are brought from the trunk of the car,
To carry the loot of the bargain star.
A quarter returned to its metal home,
A weary shopper no longer must roam.
Cheap and chaotic, a beautiful spree—
The checkout song of the ALDI tea.”

“Always clean, the staff is always helpful. And the bremers Italian style meatballs are GREAT! Just did a catering for a wedding and used those meatballs! Which are aldis only products, 100 times better than Sam's and meijers combined. Everyone sleeping on aldis”
