“I got my septum pierced today at Decorum and had the most wonderful experience. First of all, the space itself is incredibly cosy and aesthetically pleasing. I was comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. Zoe did my piercing and she is a wonderful human! She walked me through every single step before she did anything and was constantly making sure I was comfortable. She was very sweet and easy to talk to. I would recommend this place to anyone!”

“I had a delightful experience today. I arrived at Siegel's with a major kink in my beautiful herringbone gold necklace. I have had the necklace for about 35 years and have taken great care of it. I was hoping to pass it on to my family. When I first noticed the kink my heart sank. I didn't have much hope for it being repaired. Well, I went in and talked to Polly, she has been my primary salesperson at Siegel's for years, a fantastic salesperson and great at customer service, I might add. After, some discussion, she took the necklace to the repair area, where Danny took matters into his highly capable hands. Low and behold, Polly was back with the necklace in a short time, beautifully repaired!

Their stock changes frequently and there's also something new when I visit. Prices vary, generally anywhere from $25-$70 for most items. They also have good sale prices! “My friend Luna and I were exploring the mall when we decided to stop at Kay. I wanted to show her the ring I had picked out at my Kay where I lived. We walked in and were immediately greeted by Dro! He was so so friendly and indulged in all of our craziness. He told us how we need to try on a huge ring at least once in our lives and kindly got out any ring we pointed at. Even after we told him we weren’t looking to buy he treated us with the same kindness and respect! He asked us about ourselves and told us about himself as well.
