“I went in today to get a new tank of gas. The black guy freaked out and told me to stay outside. When he came out he asked if I was a terrorists because I brought the tank inside to get refilled. He went one to tell me all about how you can’t bring on an empty take because it would explode. I will never get gas there again.. he is so unprofessional”

I’ve used other places paint and always have had to use two coats. We were able to take part in the 30% of sale and it proved be far superior coverage and quality. “Asked for help on a painting project, on what products would be better to use to get a better finish. I already had enamel paint for my one door. Sold me a roller and handle and a gallon of more enamel paint that he did not show me before he mixed paint and did not let me know it was non refundable beforehand. The roller ruined what I had done for two days. I spent over 143.00 dollars. He did not ask me if I wanted paint, and who buys a gallon for on door, I already had a quart which was still half full, I just wanted tools to complete job. Now stuck with extra gallon of enamel paint I don't need. I will contact the store and will see if I will update post.
I did call the store and the assistant manager did return the paint, so good customer service. Would have been a 5 but had that roller issue. Tip found out on google roll roller on Painters tape first to get rid of fuzzy spots.”

“I stopped in on 12/30/2021 to get a price for some aerosol paint for my car. The lady working the front area was very friendly and very very beautiful! The gentleman working with her also was very friendly and nice as well. It is refreshing to see friendly people still in the service industry in Grand Rapids! Also their prices are much more competitive than anywhere else in Grand Rapids for paint supplies for automotive.”
