“Phenomenal experience! I'm from out of town, and was having some issues with my bike. There were 2 parts specifically I was looking for, with no details about size/names. I went into the store and Tyrese helped me first. He went above and beyond to not only help me find the part, but to put it on the bike seat (after I explained I didn't have any tools where I was staying). We were still troubleshooting the second part, when he suggested I come back and talk to Bill (who has extensive bike experience). I rode back an hour later, and Bill was happy to help. He had me wheel the bike into the store, took a good look at it. And it turns out I didn't need to replace the second part - some areas just needed some tightening. Everyone that helped was kind, helpful, and happy to help. And they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and were happy to problem solve things with me. Absolutely amazing experience.”

“I spoke with Ryan over the phone about a Sherwin Williams color match with O'Leary Ceramic Paint. The color is so new, it's not in the system ... but. Ryan went above and beyond and found he had already done a match for someone. I live near Grand Rapids but building near Lansing. He was very accommodating in proving the "mix" info so I could get samples made ar Lansing O'Leary store. Thank you for your consideration Ryan!”

“Asked for help on a painting project, on what products would be better to use to get a better finish. I already had enamel paint for my one door. Sold me a roller and handle and a gallon of more enamel paint that he did not show me before he mixed paint and did not let me know it was non refundable beforehand. The roller ruined what I had done for two days. I spent over 143.00 dollars. He did not ask me if I wanted paint, and who buys a gallon for on door, I already had a quart which was still half full, I just wanted tools to complete job. Now stuck with extra gallon of enamel paint I don't need. I will contact the store and will see if I will update post. I did call the store and the assistant manager did return the paint, so good customer service. Would have been a 5 but had that roller issue. Tip found out on google roll roller on Painters tape first to get rid of fuzzy spots.”

“I went online and bought some rattle can paint for my vehicle some paint store out in Oregon, and they sent me a small rattle can. It was a terrible experience. So I went to Sherwin Williams on 36th street and Isaac was super cool and made me three cans of WA895T Boracay Blue Metallic. It was my paint code, and painted my back doors on my Buick Encore and it turned out really good. Thank you for saving the day.”

“I walked into the store as a first time customer looking to get a replacement for a contractor grade paint. I didn’t have a contractor account but they worked to help me get the paint I needed. They were very accommodating and professional. Best of all, the paint was a perfect match and my work looks brand new.”
