“First time customer. Wanted second opinion on replacing front bumper facia and found Doug’s because of the strong reviews (here comes another one!). First shop quoted me over $2,000 to fully replace bumper cover and recalibrate the active cruise control system. Alex and team thought they could refasten with new bracket AND avoid new bumper cover and expensive cruise control recalibration. It worked. Looks great and costed SIGNIFICANTLY less than our previous competitor quote. Loved that they came up with cheaper alternative strategy!”
“Gave them 5 starts because 6 wasn't available. I don't often write reviews, but when I have a truly exceptional, above-and-beyond service experience, I feel like I am obligated to. These guys absolutely rock.
Needed a new starter for my boat (a FourWinns with I/O). Amazon cost was $350, so at a friend's recommendation I brought it to Adema's to see if it could be repaired. Kyle said he could sell me a brand new (not rebuilt) starter for $180 (!), same manufacturer, which he had in-stock (!!). I asked him how much a rebuild would be and he said he'd take a look at it but it would be between $80 and $150. I asked him if he could take a look at it and call me if it was more than $100 so I could decide. He was happy to do so. I got a call two hours later, the job was done for $85. It's now installed and works great.

I brought my car in recently for a dead battery that shouldn't be dead (recently bought somewhere else) and they checked it for free as well as giving me advice. They walked me through it all without making me feel dumb. Such a great place and I genuinely trust them. 5/5 stars because I can't go higher.”
