“I found trans service plus Inc. online and they had great reviews so I thought I would give them a call. Phil the owner answered. I explained to Phil that my 81 Camaro Transmission had gone bad, but my dilemma was that my son wanted to use it in his wedding in 10 days. Phil said they were busy but he wanted to help me out. Not only did he fix it but he did it in three days and in plenty of time for my son to use it for his wedding. On top of that he is an extremely nice person that kept in contact with me before making any changes and his pricing is fair! Phil Is a blessing and I appreciate everything he did for me! Not only would I use Phil and his team again, but I highly recommend them!”

Fairly priced, and always treat us with respect.
We've used other mechanics that just replace parts and take our money without actually resolving any issues, Ensing's wont do that, they actually told us that our car didn't have much longer to live and that we shouldn't put any more money into it. We ended up bringing a car that we were looking at to them to be inspected, and they went through the whole car and told us that it looked good!

“Fixed my front driver’s side window fast! Customer service was amazing, receptionist giving updates throughout the process. They even noticed the lock was broken on that same door and fixed it no charge.”
“Brandel came to my home and replaced the tailgate glass on my Caravan. Brandel was friendly and very professional which isn't always the case nowadays. It only took him approx. 1 hour to complete the job including cleaning the busted glass out of inside of the tailgate. Thank you!”

They repaired everything under warranty with no questions and no charge. That's exactly how a reputable shop should handle a warranty claim. They did a great job the first time, and when a replacement part failed through no fault of their own, they took care of it without hesitation.
