“I dont do a lot of reviews, but sometimes its needed.I called the hardware after driving in all directions looking for a specific adapter that i needed to hook to my generator... Needless to say i was horribly frusterated, short, & panicky that i couldnt find one. But he said he had a few..So i drove out there...Since i said i was the annoying one that called... I got my scolding (which i earned- small town living lol). He was still incredibly patient with me...taking the time to walk me thru things and look for better options.He went way beyond...thank you”
