Hours: Matrix VIP Pharmacy, a Parkview Health Services company, is a behavioral health specialty pharmacy. Pat, who works there, is a very nice person and always has a smile, which means a lot. He has helped numerous times trying to figure out complicated medical needs, even when he has nothing to gain. He is knowledgeable and wants the best for his customers. He goes above and beyond, saving the day more than once by helping make sure medications are exactly what customers need. He even drove a refill over once when someone could not get there by closing time. He is always happy and makes pick-up dates chipper and informative. Pat is absolutely amazing. After a day of calling all over to find a pharmacy with an antibiotic in stock, Pat not only was great on the phone but met someone after hours to provide medication. He called another pharmacy, had a prescription transferred, and had it filled within 15 minutes. He was very informative, and his passion and joy for what he does showed. He has a big heart and shows outstanding commitment. Excellent service. Highly recommended.
