Service is horrible unless they need to come check your equipment-service which is taking a rag and wiping off lightly 3 minutes $75 or more. My machine broke and they asked do you really need oxygen now? Oh no come when it’s convenient for you HELLO yes I need it!!!

Went and picked up a prescription from the Croswell location for 2 days in a row. Both days they were extremely friendly and very helpful!!

Zero accommodation to customer convenience. Terrible store hours. Especially the Croswell location - store hours listed on the web are wrong.

They are very good about sending me a text when I have scripts ready for pick up. One thing...they are NOT open on weekends...their website info needs to be updated...it states they are open 9 to 5 on Sat and Sunday.

My family and I have been going here for years but.not after today. Extremely rude and inconsiderate if you don't like dealing with people which is a huge part of your job then step aside and let someone that does want.to do it. We're in the country it's not uncommon to not hear every word and to be ignorant because someone ask you politely what you said is not a reason for sarcasm

Started getting charged a $20 service fee and was told it was from my insurance. Called my insurance and they said there was nothing on their end that translated into me being charged $20 for a “service fee.” Be wary, call your insurance if you’re unsure.

Went pick up my script and she said I didn't have one. Looking again she found it. Told her two more were sent over she said they didn't receive any!!! Went to the parking lot to call dentist to see what was going on and they closed and locked their doors before 6:00! Seems they to busy looking for everybody's scripts they lost and worried about leaving for their weekend! Not going here anymore!!!! Shouldn't have even given you 1 star

I'm not really impressed with this pharmacy, though I do use them because they're close, but I truly suggest using the Lexington store, especially if you want your prescription filled in the morning. No matter what, seems like it takes at least 2 hours before they can fill a prescription ANY day.

Will never go back to this place again. Called an hour before I got there to pick up medicne for my 4 year old daughter, said it will be ready in 15 minutes. Get there and I'm told it's not ready because they just received it, and if I'm coming back or gonna wait for it. After 20 minutes it's ready, the guy at the counter tells me just to keep pressing yes but I actually read the questions and answer accordingly. I answered "no" to the question about being offered to speak with the pharmacist because I was not and he told me I have to answer yes. Told him "I'm not answering yes to something I wasnt offered". Then as I'm walking out, the pharmacist stops me at the door to tell me the medication needs to be refrigerated and that a measuring/dosing device is in the bag, which it's not. I asked him why I was told an hour ago it would be ready in 15 minutes and he replied well its busy. So why was I told it would be ready in 15 minutes if your so busy? This is not the first time I have experienced service like this, sadly this is the normal there. The last prescription I tried to have filled there, they said they had to order as its not a common one they stock, I said ok when will it be in and they said the next day. I wait till the next day and call and ask when it will be ready, only to find out that it was never ordered. I am fed up with this place. If I performed my job they way they do there, I wouldn't have a job anymore. I will never go back to this pharmacy.

If I could give them no stars I would. I'm so tired of them contacting me. I've been a customer and I never will. I've called 3 times and asked them to take me out of their system. Each time they have assured me that they have and then a few weeks later they call me again and leave a voicemail. This is harassment people. Stop calling!
