“I have to disagree with the last statement as this store is one of the better one in the area and the team there is amazing. Kim being the manager is great at what she does as well as all the customers started coming back when she did.Everyone has bad days but doesn't sound like that customer was a joy to deal with either.Sometimes a good job is needed and I hands down give that to store 4 crystal Falls Krist oil. Special shout out to Kim for doing all you do. Good job girl ?”
