“We stopped in to purchase a Brad nailer. It took a few different employees to get all of our questions answered, but they got it done. We make our decision on the Dewalt product. The app showed 6 in stock. Nobody could find one. I was a little frustrated, but kept to myself. We walked out of the store and Joe, the Store Manager, comes out and meets me at the car. Joe went above and beyond to make things right!!!! I never saw it coming. Joe, thank you for reminding me what customer used to be. It’s super great to know service like that is still out there. Hats off to you and everyone at Home Depot# 2717 in Burton, MI.!!!!!!!!!!!!! 5 stars all the way!!!!!!!”

“I was in search of a used Washing machine. Scouring Facebook marketplace and driving around town looking at liquidation locations. Finally gave Carls a call. They forwarded me to the Carls GE location. I spoke with Mellisa on the phone and she told me what they had. I told her I’d be there in 5 min. I first went to the wrong Carls Location and even the staff were kind and courteous. They directed me to the correct location. I came in, she had a smile on her face ready to assist. We joked around, she told me about the three washers they had. We settled on one. Told her I’m taking it right now. We Talked about other products in the showroom. Just some down right awesome staff that took care of us. As I drove around back to load, she came out and gave us a new set of hoses as well!

“We waited a month for our furniture and it showed up damp from them cleaning it. The delivery guys were very nice but kinda wished they would of waited till it was dry got rid of all my furniture then didn't wanna sit on it for the first 24 hrs. Otherwise an overall good experience.”
