“Great place for a quick fix or any mechanical issues.
I took my cars there, and the mechanical work they did was great.
But when I had a computer or sensor issue, they used zip ties to help secure my sensor to the computer. That seemed more like a temporary fix. So i would recommend any computer or electrical issues to a more well equiped or experienced shop when it comes to that.
Other than computer issues, it's a great place for mechanical work such as brakes, lubes, oil changes, belts, and replacing mechanical parts.”
“I went to the Walmart Auto Oil and Tire Center Monday evening, December 11, 2023. The location on Court Street in Burton. Just after 6:00pm. The service tech came to my door shortly after I arrived. No other cars ahead of me. So no wait time. All I needed was an air filter for my car. The tech worker looked up the correct air filter for the Chevy Malibu. He said it won't be long to install the new filter as I waited in the waiting area. After he was done I had asked him about tires for the Malibu as well. He checked the tread depth and all 4 tires still have good tread. No need for new tires. I forgot his name but he is excellent with top notch customer service. He went the extra mile in customer service. I recommend anyone to go to this Walmart Auto Center in Burton. Excellent service and quality workers that care. 5 star service.”
“I bought my tires online and had them delivered to the store. Arrived at my appointment on time and Jamez checked me in. He and his crew of Clarke, Cam, and Maxwell got my care ready. I asked about replacing the battery. They worked it into their schedule and had me out pretty quick. Maxwell was very helpful in getting the battery. I appreciate the good service. “We made an appointment to get our ball joints fixed. We needed to order another part during it getting fixed. The part came fast. I was surprised. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Everything went well but I would suggest dropping your vehicle off and coming back later for it. I didn't have that option so I waited there a few hours. There isn't really a waiting area I felt in the way if anything.”
