The girl with red hair and butterflies in jt is so rude. If you don't have people skills or you are going to treat people like they're an annoyance don't work in customer service. I did not deserve that treatment for simply making conversation.

I visit biggby 2-4 times a week. Sometimes in for coffee and sometimes through the drive-thru. Love everything about going there.

I try to like this location. If it’s not the screaming milk not being aerated it’s the modesty warmed breakfast bagels.The coffee is great but if you are expecting a creamy latte best make that one at home.
