Let me tell you a true, fun story about Bitwise.
In January, they took money from our account for a service we hadn't received. In fact, we called in October and had the Wi-Fi canceled. My husband called in January, and they said they didn't know what happened. We moved to February 1st (today), and wouldn't you know, they pulled money again. So at this point, I decided to look more in-depth into my bank statements.
Here is what I found: November, December, January, February. They have withdrawn money from my account. We aren't talking $5; we are talking $76.00, and only January was refunded to us.
So at this point I would say the wifi sucks, hence why we canceled.
They work off of voicemail 99% of the time and do not call back right away.
And they charge you for a service you don't even recieve. Let alone live at that address anymore. So if it was up to me i would suggest NEVER using them.

I would like to give a huge shout out to Bitwise, Inc., my internet service! Our barn partially collapsed and took out our internet lines on New Years Eve. They answered my support text even on New Years Eve. They coordinated with me over the last three days to reinstall my service before the weekend and came out even when it was below freezing and snowing. They spent over two hours fixing my service! I also work from home entering data and constant uploading through a VPN at least 3-4 days a week without issue from the internet even while son streams video games and/or the Roku TV. I have been with them for about 10 years and they have consistently improved their services and I wouldn't change my provider even if a cable provider serviced my area. Can't beat a family owned company!

I must raise my review, they have stepped up there game and it has been very reliable for a while now! We have been customers for a long time now, when it works it's decent. The people you speak to they're decent that's why it has two stars. In actuality it should only have one star because it is out for us almost every other day anymore. It's extremely frustrating.

We experienced ongoing issues with our internet service, including frequent outages. Attempts to reach customer service by phone were unsuccessful, as our calls were rarely answered. Additionally, we were charged for equipment that we had already returned. Now, over a year after canceling our service, a technician came to collect the remaining equipment and attempted to take a pole that we had purchased. While the service was satisfactory when it was functioning, the customer service experience has been consistently poor.

Been a customer for over two years. Internet is slow. I don’t think anyone works in their office all you get is their voice mail and they will call back when they feel like it. Had internet got out a week ago took 3 days to get a hold of anyone. Then they come out and get it back up slower than it was before it went out. Next day I get money taken out of my account. Get a message saying I changed something on there equipment. Funny I never had anyone come out when I signed up I just had it turned on. The previous owners of the house had them so I just had it turned on. Maybe someone should have came out and check the equipment was right when I signed up. Don’t do automatic payment with them. No way to get your card removed and they will freely just charge what ever they feel like without a bill. Terrible customer service and online account is a joke. Shows I owe 300 plus dollars even though they take the bill out on the first of every month.
8/9/25. You have never heard from me is your respons! I have called several times over the years about slow internet and no internet!! Funny you responded in 24 hours after I sent an email! What about the 3 days before the email?? I called and left voicemails. I bet anyone reading this could call your office and no one would pick up or responded to their voicemail. As far as the service fee, it was Bitewise Equipment you fixed. At least you got one thing right in your response, it was the only time you came out and will be the last!

Poor customer service and surprise charges on the internet bill every few months. Online customer portal is worse than the business model. Thankfully I was able to finally get Spectrum and drop them like a toxic relationship.
