Been trying to get internet now for 3 weeks who knew that a buisness wouldn't want buisness. Been rescheduled now 3 times and judging by the pattern probably get rescheduled on the day they are supposed to come back and well. Will keep what we have if they reschedule us again because they made it obvious they dont want new customers . Cant keep taking days off for them to not show up and its ridiculous it's taken this long to get internet installed if this is how they handle new customers hate to see how they handle existing customers..... heres to one more shot but if the unprofessionalism continues we're done

Hardly ever call back! Very poor quality reception! Every time u want to watch Netflix at night. It constantly buffers.

We are happy with Bitwise internet. We have used two other local services and this one is the BEST. The one time it went down the problem was power outage to Davison but Bitwise standby system got it going ASAP

I wish I could give them a good review I've been a customer about 5 years but really I can't. Price is decent but the internet crashes a lot. Usually you can count on it every storm and slows way down in the evening. I really don't mind that but it has affected my kid turning in school work. They are kind on the phone but you can never reach anyone for billing or service problems ever without calling a ton, and if they have billing issues they never tell you. They will let my service continue a few months and then turn it off with no notice at all and when I call them then tell me I owe for multiple months which several times I don't even think is accurate. I appreciate the leway but if they would send a text or call letting me know it would never be an issue. Then when I do get ahold of someone and pay they never turn it back on without having to call again and hope to have someone answer or even have the ability to leave a message. If you are okay with it being semi undependable but no cap on data when it does work maybe it'll work for you. Just tired of being disappointed and never able to count on it. I pay bills online and have been late on payments due to this stuff too.

The connection is great, we havent had any issues or outages, even during storms when other ISPs strugglw. It will slow down at times if all the devices for all 8 people in our home are being used at once, which is rare.

My biggest issue with their internet is its so inconsistent and never seems to work. Were suppose to be getting 5 mbps but I feel lucky if we 2 consistently. When the Internet is working consistently its great but thats just so rare so thats why its onky one star
