Rented a car for over a month while my vehicle was in the dealership being repaired. Nick was very helpful and accommodating given the uncertain timeline of the dealership finishing the repairs.

They saw me at my worse. 2 hours after my rear-end accident and still in shock. They helped me get a car until I could replace my old, gave me a good deal, and was more than helpful. When I brought it back they were helpful, friendly and quick to finish up. Highly recommend.

Absolute joke of a system and process. Make a reservation over the phone with an actual human, who confirms date,vehicle, and price with email confirmation. Only to have the location call back immediately to say your reservation is no good, we need a week at minimum..terrible service, in 2023 that's the best your communication and service can be with the technology today?

I had an Arms Reservation set up through Hank Graff dealership in Davison, Mi for this coming week starting today (Monday 6/26). Both my adjuster and my agent told me that I get $100 per day to spend on a rental. I called the Davison branch on Thursday 6/22 to make sure that all was good with the rental set up and to see what type of vehicle they had me set up for. they told me that I was set up for a compact/economy because that is usually what an insurance company will pay for. However, when I told the woman on the phone that my insurance was covering $100 per day she said that I would have no issues and would be able to take anything that I wished off the lot on Monday morning because anything they had would be covered. I told her then that I really didn't want a compact/economy vehicle and she said it would be no problem. a while later I received via email a pre-set up to fill out so that it would not take as long on Monday morning. I filled it out and there was a place to mark what type of vehicle you wished to rent. I marked "Luxury". When I dropped my vehicle off at the dealership this morning I walked over to enterprise and was told that they had no Luxury vehicles available, in fact, all they had available was a Nissan Kix, Dodge Ram full sized Pickup, Minivan, Ford Escape and a Jeep Compass. I was very disappointed but said the Ford Escape would be fine. When the employee went to take the keys out of the box she turned to me and said "The Escape is next in line to be cleaned all we have is the Nissan Kix". Now even more aggravated than I was originally, I said "ok" because I had to get going and make it to work. She takes me out to show me the vehicle and not only is it a non-domestic micro SUV which is exactly what I said I did not want on both the phone and via the online pre set-up, but it also has a giant scratch all down the passenger side. Upon leaving I also noticed that the seat is janky and does not go down (my heel is on the floor and only the very tips of my toes are touching the pedal) and the brakes grind. On top of that I see my insurance company was charged pretty much at the top of the rental cost even though the vehicle is a compact. I'm am extremely unhappy with my service and will definitely not use this location for rental services in the future. I will also be contacting my insurance company.

The first car they rented to us at Sanford/Orlando Airport made my wife sick, it smelled like it was in a flood and had mold in it. Since we were going to be in Florida for 11 days we had to do something. So we went to Enterprise in Winter Haven and the young lady agreed with us and put us into another, similar vehicle. That first one should never be rented to anyone, ever again.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had renting a car. The Nissan I have should never have been on the road. It has 2 check engine lights on one for oil change the other for who knows what, the wiper blades both need replaced so bad they won’t even take rain off let alone the ice and snow I’ve been driving in. The front end is so bad it swerves all over even in the rain. It should have never been rented to anyone! It is a piece of GRAP. I had to rent it for an extra day and he couldn’t even tell me if my deposit has been refunded now that he’s charging me another deposit. REALLY

I was treated very poorly by this location on the phone as well as in person. I will jot leave names but it was very upsetting especially considering I was without a vehicle for 4 days due to an accident and then to get here TWICE to find out I didn’t really have a reservation and that I and my situation wasn’t of importance. I’ve dealt with this location on multiple instances and never once have I been treated this way.

Process was difficult as some fees were not disclosed and policies have changed with little or unnoticeable notice. A current promotion was not honored and the car had less than a quarter tank of gas when we received it.
