If I could give zero stars I would. This bank and branch is the embodiment of what’s wrong with “big banks”. We come in to withdraw our money from my wife’s personal account. And we are told she needs to have her phone on her to receive a “text code”. So now I’m forced to drive 35 mins back to our house to get her phone so we can withdraw our own money? To top it all off the staff here is a literal joke. Very snappy and rude. The teller ripped up our withdraw slip and smiled at us when she said “sorry we have to have the code”. We will be closing our account here and taking our business elsewhere. I highly recommend if you’re looking to start an account with a new bank you stay as far away from Huntington bank as possible. Specifically the davison Michigan branch.

This refers to an interaction from several months ago with an "older" employee here. He was incredibly rude upon my first visit to deposit funds following an ordeal (death of spouse, probate, sale of house) I had endured for several years. Judging from the Google rating this branch shows, and considering the excellent service banks like ELGA now provide in the area, there's no excuse to keep ineffectual tellers. I sure hope he wasn't a manager, but I can't be sure, and truly, I don't care. I won't ever visit this location again.

This branch is absolutely horrible! First they deposited my check into someone elses account, just days before Christmas. When they reopened after Christmas I went into the branch and got it sorted out but they had to credit my account daily until the process was completed. Annoying, but understandable. Two days later, they forgot to process the credit, and my card was declined at the grocery store, SO EMBARRASSING! I thought about closing my account then, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Fast forward 4 months and they messed up another deposit! Check was for $1000 more than what they deposited. Went back as soon as I noticed what happened not even 20 minutes later, but it was too late and I was told that they needed to put in a claim for me. The teller was so rude and sassy! Told me I didn't need to wait for her and I could leave. I asked for a claim number or a receipt for reference and was told she didn't have anything to give me. It didn't feel right so I contacted Customer support. Spoke with a supervisor who couldn't find any claim from the teller, so she didn't even do anything to try to fix the situation. I closed my account as soon as everything cleared up, and will never return!! Save yourself some time and worrying by going ANYWHERE else!

Like majority of other reviews, it is rare that the atm works. Why not put up a sign saying its out of order? Even a piece of paper would be great stating "out of order". So you don't have to find out when nothing happens!!

Most laughably useless location. One drive through line that takes a minimum of 30 minutes and has a line waiting or a broken ATM that rarely works. IF you do make it within business hours and DO opt to wait the extended time as opposed to going to another location, you wait to get to a window where they lack customer service skills and basic communication. I wish I understood how this location was a better option than within meijer.. or as opposed to any other bank. Better off traveling the 10 minutes to the Burton location or 15 to Lapeer

Walk-in about 3:00 in the Davison Branch ask a associate about a big deposit on a CD told me I had to wait in line with the bank teller. And that she was too busy. I'll take my half a million to a different bank you guys need to wake up and smell the roses this place is horrible

Closed my account and told they don’t have to give me a reason they hold the right to cancel accounts as they see fit. I have never over drafted my account in the short few months it was open. Thanks for nothing

I used to love Huntington bank until my encounters with Davisons branch. This specific branch has given me nothing but trouble.

Absolutely the worst staff at any branch for this company. They are very rude associates who talk about customers in front of other customers and they call customers inconveniences. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Why is everything out of service or not working? If you actually have to do any banking or use an ATM go to a different location. Most likely what you need will not be available at this location.

Every since our branch moved from the Meijer location into downtown either the atm is down or the inside is locked…( appointments only) or both. what’s the point in having a branch if nobody can access the money
