Huge thank you to Sarah and Dr. Seo for helping us get my son's epilepsy medication, which we weren't able to find elsewhere. They were both kind, and knowledgeable and responded quickly. You are awesome!

Been using this pharmacy for I bet almost 30 yrs...and it now is awful! Can't even list all the things wrong with this place. Actually the only reason I'm still there is I shop in Kroger. On top of it the employee's are so rude and indifferent it's CRAZY I've finally decided to switch. It didn't used to be this way..and I'm sick of hearing "shortage of employees" there are always 3 to 4 people working when I go in BECAUSE THEY DO NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE YOU AT THE DRIVE THROUGH!! Smh So unfortunately I'm finally switching

The whole pharmacy is top of it's game! Friendly, informative and efficient with streamlining everything from prescription costs, patients needs, handling doctors absolutely everything. I'll never use Walgreens, Rite Aid or chain pharmacy again.

I couldn't take my insulin for months because they wouldn't fill my prescription for syringes. They kept telling me they were contacting the insurance company and doctor's office to straighten it out, and telling me I needed to call the insurance company. After hearing excuse after excuse, I finally called another pharmacy (Binson's Medical Equipment and Supplies in Hurley, Flint) and had the prescription switched there. Binson's pharmacy was able to fill it THAT day. Kroger pharmacy was just using the wrong code. When I got a different prescription for insulin, Kroger pharmacy wouldn't fill that either. They said I wasn't covered and the doctor needed to change the brand to one that was. I asked them to call the doctor, and they said they wouldn't do that because that's not their job. As soon as I realized Kroger pharmacy was being problematic again, I switched the prescription to Binson's pharmacy. Binson's pharmacy did call the doctor and got my prescription filled that day.Other issues: they only fill your prescription if you call them and tell them to. If they receive a prescription and you call right away, it's 1 hour until it's filled. If they receive a prescription and you call 2 hours later, it's still 1 hour until it's filled. They're often out of medicines. The entire staff are some of the rudest people I've ever met.I went there to get a vaccine, but changed my mind when one of the techs grossed me out. While I was waiting in line, she pulled her mask down under her chin, rubbed her nose with her hand, and went back to sorting medicine. She didn't put her mask back up and she didn't change her gloves or wash her hands. Yuck!Their only redeeming quality is that they're located in Kroger grocery store, which is an amazing store with an excellent selection. If Kroger weren't my store, I would NEVER go to this pharmacy. Actually that's probably how they can afford to be so awful. They have no incentive to change because they have a built-in clientele.

Not sure what has changed as of recently but the service is definitely the worst it has ever been. If I don't call about my prescription it will not get filled when I originally request it. If you walk in and ask about it they will say that it's a priority and fill it in about 10 minutes but I have to constantly go in or call to make sure that I get my medication. You'll have better luck going in because if you call the phone will just ring and you'll leave a message and they normally don't call you back. Again, I've had great luck with this pharmacy in this location for a long time and I'm not sure what has changed but it's not what it used to be.

The wait for a pickup is ridiculous. Kroger is awful to their employees and can’t keep staff at this location. The drive thru pickup window has been closed for months, and the lines inside the store to pick up a prescription are always seven or more people deep. Fix this issue Kroger!!! Start treating your employees like they matter so they will stick around. I heard what the pay rate per hour you try to pay people is, and it’s unacceptable. Time to change pharmacies!

I used to only love Davison Kroger pharmacy now I dread every time I have to go there. It’s literally a nightmare. They don’t even offer to get scripts through the drive thru and good luck getting them to answer the phone. Today I had to call 6 times for an answer. Script was called in days prior, of course they didn’t fill it yet and just started on it when I called. This has happened every single time the last couple months. The lines insane inside. If someone’s script isn’t ready they don’t take the person behind them. They make you wait til they ring that person up. I watched it happen while I waited 30 minutes in line to get helped. (2 people in front of me) I’m switching pharmacies today because they just suck.

If I could give a NEGATIVE NUMBER I would. The past 3-4 months when Ive went to pick up my CALLED IN SCRIPT , 3-5 days after they say it will be ready and it’s NOT?. Today I went to pick of my medicine that I called in on Sunday and they said it would be ready on Tuesday AND IT WASNT READY and the best part is I’m OUT OF MY MEDICINE. I would never recommend them. The staff that is working there now are rude and nasty. Going elsewhere.

Mean employees and very slow. They also like to scream your personal information out so everyone in line knows. Moving all my prescriptions.

I have used this pharmacy for the past 7 years, they used to be exceptional. Not sure what happened this year, if it's new staffing or what could be the variant. I had my script called in at 5 pm Thursday night for my ear/sinus infection, they said it would be filled by 6. I went to pick it up, the lady was short and said it wouldn't be done til the following morning. I called Friday morning talked with the pharmacy and they said it will be filled by 11:00 so I go at 1230 and it still wasn't filled.

Giving them the benefit of the doubt here with the crazy amount of vaccines they got in, but they forgot to order my prescription twice and still got it wrong when they handed it to me. Getting my medication isn't life or death, or anything as dramatic as that, but I'm a trans man and my script bwing a week late brought on my period and a week of panic attacks and mood swings. Just wish they had enough staff to comfortably run the place.

Parking is the worse I ever seen. You take your life in your hands to go to the grocery store. Also I'm tired of fighting with the personal shoppers . I'm a person, I'm in there in person don't take it from me because someone doesn't feel like going to the store.
