We’ve been doing the click list For groceries since 2018. Today it took three trips to get our groceries because it wasn’t ready with no warning from Kroger other than the original text saying we had to wait one hour. We will not be back.

Really like Davison Kroger. But yesterday when I had a curbside pickup, the person that came out had their mask around their neck. It's simple, people!

Took my family's coins to coin star to bring home how much they've saved, I grabbed a few things and went to register to pay for my items and cash my voucher, the lady at the register doesn't even ask me if I want to use the voucher for my groceries or have it in cash and she puts it towards my groceries, (I was using food stamps) when I told her to reverse it she said she didn't know how and the manager couldn't help. Do not go in Jessica's lane you might catch her low IQ

been shopping with kroger for nearly 3 years consistently. last trip might be my last. all . I mean all prices of everything went up at least 30% even store brand. I will starve before paying $6.99 a lb for high fat garbage ground beef. what happened? price gouging for a pandemic? really dont want to go back.

There are way too many non essential customers in the store at a time. Customers are “handling” the produce to make their selections instead of looking with their eyes. Customers are not complying with the one way aisles. And employees are standing in the produce section touching their faces while chatting it up with their buddies! This is where you are going to catch the virus from!!!! 100%!!

My husband works 12 hour days. He has recently been put on insulin. He dropped his rx off yesterday and was told it wouldn’t be ready until 7pm. He couldn’t wait so he went today to pick it up. He was told they couldn’t fill it because they don’t “split a box”. They told him to call his doctor for a new rx. First of all he should have been told that when he dropped it off. Secondly they should have called him to let him know earlier so he would have time to get ahold of the d

Parking lot if horrible. Half the parking lot is for pickup orders, which is fine but where does that leave the real shoppers. Your taking your life in your hands trying to get in and out of this place. It's sad because Kroger carries several items I can not find anywhere else. I just park pretty much across the street because I park so far back, run in get me few things and run out. I have a new vehicle that I do not want cart dents in so I park way in the back and have almost been hit twice now. What is the game plane??? Something should be done. My choices are pay for store shopping or have an anxiety attack trying to go myself? Hummmmm

Each week I check my receipt, I'm always finding items scanned wrong. Normally I check before I leave store. This week didn't. Got scammed on a buy 2 get one free cover girl make up. I go back to store when I can shop, which is 10ish. Costumer service is closed. Now again I got to figure out how to make a special trip for your mess up. Ugh...check your receipts, I can't even image the money they scam off us consumers.
