I bought a truck from someone and as a part of the deal i got all his maintenance records. I am a mechanic and I inspected the vehicle and found a leaking transfer case rear output shaft seal. And guess who recently replaced said seal….lear motors. And replaced is a stretch because all I found was a very old seal with RTV smothered all over it. Now to be far to the shop I don’t know if the previous owner was the RTV bandit or not but I can say for sure that seal was not replaced. And if a business is willing to lie about a $20 seal I would not trust any work done in that shop.

Our family has been going to Lear for years until today.
The owner was behind the counter was disrespectful, and belittling, I can not be this is now how customers are being treated. The woman that was behind the counter was nice as always

Always came here as a friend, neighbor and a customer...but today i was talked down too from tim the owner , never will i recommend nor go back here . I cant help your too busy . Ive recommended your business plenty thru the years but nope not anymore .

My parents bought me a Chevy Calbolt from them 10 months ago, right from the start the Calbolt had issues from throwing a rod to a dead battery and the constant smell of burning oil. The Calbolt died when I was on the road, thank God I was near a gas station when that happened.My parents insisted on going back there and got taken again with another death trap car that I have to drive. Once more, the constant smell of burning oil, oil leak and Coolant leaks. Headlights that only work if the brights are on, a air conditioner that doesn't shut off, a broken window. The list goes on, I will never do business there and I will not allow my parents to do business there either!

Air conditioner wasn’t putting out cold air. They fixed with one can of Freon. It took 15 minutes. Great job
