Very unorganized and slow, waited 20 minutes just to have someone ask me for my info to get started. All three employees were all focused on the younger women next to me.

Pulled in and there was no wait. Mike, Rob, Josh and Josh were very nice. They were thorough and got me in and out in about 30 minutes. Friendly staff can make or break whether a customer comes back. I'll be going back for all my oil changes

I pulled in for a simple oil change and was left sitting in the bay for over 30 minutes with zero communication. No one asked what service I needed; I was just told to pop my hood and “wait a minute.” After half an hour of waiting, when someone finally came over to my car I said I just wanted the oil change done quickly and didn’t need the extra inspections (other fluids, lights, tires, etc.) in a very flat, but respectful way. Following this the staff openly complained about me to each other within earshot, saying that if I “talked to them like that,” they’d treat me the same way.
The manager got involved and instead of resolving the situation professionally, he escalated it: arguing with me, justifying the delay by saying another customer got “full satisfaction,” and making it clear they simply didn’t care about mine. Eventually, the manager refused service entirely, slammed my hood shut, and had 4 large men surround my car and intimidated me to leave (which I was already 2 seconds away from requesting that they discontinue the service and allow me to leave because the situation made me so scared and uncomfortable).
This place has terrible customer service, no respect for customers’ time, and absolutely unprofessional management. I’ve never been treated this rudely at an automotive shop. There are plenty of oil change shops that value customers; I’d strongly recommend going to literally any of them instead.

NOT Mobil 1. Quoted price then after done charged significantly higher price. Tech said price quoted was for only 5 quarts and car takes 6. They know how what the oil capacity for vehicles is so why play these bs semantics, just tell customers how much up front. Also the tech didn't apply coupon but did so when asked. No complaints with service or employees overall but found it interesting they tried to sell something done less than a month ago.

A friend asked if I could get oil change on his car. Took it here. No wait at all, very efficient and knowledgeable staff. Overall trip was awesome. Thanks again for the compliments. I will definitely be back with my car. THANK YOU BAY 1.

I would go 0 stars if allowed. Tried to get an oil change an hour before they closed according to their hours of operation. Came at 6 PM and not a customer or employee insight. No note on the door. Y’all should probably update your hours of operations.

Amazing. Can't recommend enough. The guys really make all the difference here. They are genuinely patient but efficient. Wonderful place. My family has been here a lot over the years and also tried a couple of different places but hands down I will be coming here loyally each and every time from now on. The service is always consistent and high quality.

I used to go there with all four of my vehicles. Wont be going back anymore. Poor service. Had to wait way too long. Didnt check tires or fill washer fluid. Out of four employees only one knew anything

Place is a complete rip off and super overpriced, first of all they are telling me I need to replace things I got done not even a month ago trying to scam me second of all they didn’t tell me until after the service that it was 130$ which is wild at a dealership it is only 110$ and every other oil change place it’s 70$ that’s a 60$ overcharge, I will never come back and recommend no one gives them business.

I’ve been here one other time and the service was fine. Today I took my wife’s vehicle in and there’s no pricing posted anywhere and they don’t tell you the price until after they start the service and then they tell you it’s $96. Then they didn’t check or fill any fluids or check the tire pressures. My assumption was that the price was going to be a lot less than what you’d pay at the dealership, but the pricing is about the same and you don’t get nearly the service. Pretty disappointed.

I have brought my truck and car here since new and bring my own oil and filter. The price has always been $32 dollars today they tell me because I have a skid plate it’s now $42. Excuse is for 9 years they have been charging the wrong price. Just brought CRV in with skid plate two weeks ago and wasn’t charged. I would recommend a different oil change facility.
