Do not what so ever like being sent to a call center in another country. Store and staff fantastic. Being ran through a call center may disrupt future use of company.

I have NEVER been treated with more warmth and respect at a place of business than I was today at Monro. Everything was extremely simple and straightforward, my phone call was answered promptly, scheduling was easy and flexible and I was greeted with authentic smiles and friendliness as soon as I walked in. The manager conversed with me while the technician examined my tire to see if it could be fixed instead of having to buy a new one, which I was prepared to do. I called asking for a new tire, and they went out of their way to see if it could be fixed instead, when they could have easily just taken my money.
Acts of kindness towards strangers seem to be a declining luxury, but I found quite the treasure in this place. Thank you so much for how you treated me today, Monro.

Every time we get a tire rotation something goes wrong and we have to bring it back because there's a bad noise that wasn't there before.
