2 days before Christmas and I arrived before they opened because they are close to my home and I was afraid to drive the tire any farther due to a large bolt in the tire. 5 minutes after their listed open time several employees pull in. I’m the 4th customer in line by the time they open the doors. All 3 customers in front of me have the same issue a screw in their tire. After listening to the man behind the desk get snarky with everyone else stating how far backed up they are. They told the man in front of me that he could drop it off and they would try to get to it today. When the man explained he needed the car because it’s Christmas the guy behind the counter snaps and says. “You can bring it back on Tuesday (after Christmas) if you want.” The customer walks out. I am told it’s $33 dollars minimum to fix my tire but I also had to drop it off and hope they could get to it today and if they couldn’t it would be there 3 days before they could due to the holiday. I decided to follow the previous customers solution and leave. I arrived at discount tire and they immediately pulled me in, 20 minutes later my they had patched the tire and told me no charge and to have a Merry Christmas! How hard is it to designate one employee to take care of urgent and simple repairs on a Holliday weekend? Shame on you Monro.

Made an appointment TWO days ahead of time at 10:30 am for a tire patch and tire sensor check. I called them at 4:30 pm, is my vehicle done yet? "Oh no, we got busy, but we're getting to it now." I called back at 6:00 pm, "Is it done yet?" "We're pulling it in now." They called back at 6:30 pm, "Uh, the guy who has the impact tool left for the day and we can't get to it until first thing tomorrow." Really. Really? For a tire patch and sensor check? Okaaaaay .... got a call 11:00 am the next day, "It's done. Couldn't find anything wrong with tire sensor (my vehicle still says it's not communicating) and tire patch is $33.00." Usually have good service at this location, but 24 1/2 hours for a tire patch and to find nothing wrong with the sensor? Bring a pillow and blanket.

Tire pressure low. Went there because they are close to where I live. I didn’t want to take a chance on driving to far . Upon me entering I was never greeted and a look of disgust , was given to me , by an elder man at the desk. He begins to tell me they are super busy and come back Wednesday ( 2 days later) ?. I look around and see one person in the waiting room?.I walked out the door and took my business to Discount Tire .

The service was very slow. I was there for 1 1/2 hours for an oil change. They had no one had the service desk . I had to go out into the Bay Area to get someone to wait on me. I had a 2:30pm appointment. I will not be back.

Brought my truck in (Chevy C3500 dually) to get four tires put on the rear. Tires were mounted and balanced well, but that's where things go weird. Both wheel covers were installed so that the holes didn't line up with the holes in the rim, making it initially impossible to access the valve stem. Also looks entirely stupid. That's kinda a hard thing to mess up. On the drivers side, the outside wheel was clocked 45° from the inside one, making it impossible to check/fill the inside tire. Also kinda hard to mess up.My vehicle calls for 55psi in the rear tires, but they were anywhere from 50-60. All over the board. Is it that hard for a tire shop to use a pressure gauge???Last, but certainly not least, my truck came out missing one of the lug nut caps that holds the hubcap on. At the very least I should have been informed that they lost it; I'd hope they'd try to replace it.All of these things are simple enough to fix, but they wouldn't allow me to bring it in because their one remaining tech (near closing time) was "behind". If they messed this much up, it should take priority to correct. It would take 10 minutes, tops.Again, simple fix, corrected it myself (took 10 minutes and a floor jack). Now it brings the torque specs into question. Did they under/over torque the lug nuts, since they were so blatantly careless about other much more simple details? The receptionist was super nice, but when the tech talked on the phone, he seemed to not actually want to talk to the customer. This is noted before the issues were discovered.Lastly, they appeared to be smoking in the shop, which is a safety issue, of course. It's literally a tire shop that messed so much up in performing their basic core task.

worst customer service I have had in a long time, called and was placed on hold without a word, no one came back after several minutes, so I called back some actually answered I asked for a quote was given an attitude reminiscent of a teenager talking back to a parent. Lost my business permanently.

Ive bought many sets of tires here always had good customer service ,got a screw in tire last week called said couldn't get to until Tuesday called today Monday and was told couldn't do at all this week due to lack of employees .Really you don't have 30 minutes to plug a tire under your warranty for a long time customer . unbelievable ok you just blew it with a 10 plus year customer im going to Discount tire and just replacing all four as there about due cant wait two weeks for you to take 30minutes out of your day for a long term customer .obviously not under the same Shop manager any longer.

We are out from out of town and ended up in having to go in for two tires losing air. Thank you Michigan orange barrel season. It was nice to see a smile on the face of the woman behind the counter. She was swamped but still smiling and acknowledged us immediately. She explained the time frame so we left the car and walked to grab a bite to eat. They were done almost an hour before the approximate completion time given. They did mention we had two holes in one wheel, which we thought we did, and they only charged for one. Both tires were just fine all the way home to Arkansas and still holding strong. Definitely recommend from the pleasant staff to the organization of the front desk, they were wonderful.

I was in there and had my tires balanced with beads (all 4) on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. One tire on the driver side is not balanced right, thinking they may have forgotten to add the beads in the one tire. Took back up to this location this morning, the guy told me that I have the wrong tires on my Jeep. Yes they are aftermarket wheels & tires. Lots of people ride with after market wheels and tires on their vehicles and have no issue with balancing. My HD truck has aftermarket on it as well & has never had an issue like this. He wanted to charge me another $120 for the one wheel that was out of balance. He also kept insisting to put the weights back on after I paid extra for the beads. Horrible communication from the tech, I asked him if he could just check the 2 driver side wheel and that was it. He proceeded to tell me that I have flat spots on my new Summer tires. Long story short-AVOID this place if at all possible-Davison Michigan Location!

I've been coming to this shop since 2015. They always take excellent care of my vehicle. They explain everything that might need to be serviced in the future and they never talk down to me for being a woman like some other shops do. They have convenient appointment times. They've helped me out in a pinch many a time, let me drop off my vehicle after hours and give me updates on what's happening. Highly recommend!

My wife and I were out running errands in town and I ripped a valve stem. Shaun W. and his crew got me patched up and on the road with absolute professionalism and integrity. His store had a happy, professional feel to it. He even salvaged my brand new TPMS sensor. Thank you for running a joyful, honest, professional store. I will definitely be back.
