Josh doesn't know the difference between a brake line union and a compression union. He is not very knowledgeable about parts that are not listed in the computer. He has no business selling car parts. I have over 18 years experience selling auto parts. Instead of trying to make the customer look stupid, he should learn how to find and identify the correct parts without the use of a computer. I have already stopped going to a different O'Reilly part store, now I do not plan on buying parts from O'Reilly from now on.

O’Reilly Auto Parts has become my go-to store for my vehicle needs. Whether I’m looking for small parts, cleaning products, or have questions about parts, they always come through. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they have a great selection of products. Plus, their military discount is a much-appreciated bonus. Highly recommend!

The store is dark. They have no idea what they're doing. I I will go to autozone davison or ross The store's extremely dark. Nobody knows what they're talking about. And nobody cares to deal with you. Autozone extremely friendly, and they will spend the time with you and actually gets to know you more than just what you need, and they will always find What You Need.

The service was excellent here! They helped me out during a huge snowstorm last winter. My windshield wipers broke and it was impossible to see the roads. They went above and beyond to get them replaced for me so I could get home safely.

Decent availability and reasonable prices, but the ability to pick up the phone is seriously lacking. Very difficult to get a hold of someone there.
