I had an outstanding experience at the O’Reilly Auto Parts in Davison Township, Michigan on a Friday afternoon. I walked in needing help, and the store manager, Josh, immediately greeted me and asked how he could assist. I explained my issue, and he went above and beyond—taking the time to research the solution online to make sure I was getting exactly the right product.
Josh was not only knowledgeable, but also incredibly patient and kind throughout the interaction. That level of customer service is rare these days, and it truly made a lasting impression. Because of his professionalism and dedication, O’Reilly’s has earned a customer for life.
