This place used to be absolutely amazing customer service. I'm not sure what's happened lately. But the attitude from the employees is getting ridiculous. I understand working with the public is challenging but it's your job to help people. There is no reason to be rude when someone needs help. If you can't handle working with the public go work remote online. Very disappointing to see how it's changed in the last few months. Do better!

Had to mail out an item so went in and went to purchase a padded envelope & ask if I could ship out the item there (was looking for a particular carrier). The guy working told me he would pack it in a padded envelope he already had - no charge. He made it so easy and he was so kind about it. Would def go again.

This place is absolutely customer friendly, budget friendly, and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. With all the ways that goods are being shipped it is so nice to know that there is a place locally in Davison that knows exactly the correct answers to every question or concern that I have. I go to them for absolutely everything when it comes to mail services.

I've been there previously with good experiences, but the most recent visit was disappointing. I had some black and white copies printed, but when the forms came out there were several specs of ink on the far right-hand side of each piece of paper. When I addressed it with the representative there, she said she would print more for free. The new copies had less spots but some were still noticeable. The response from the person working there was confrontational. She said she couldn't keep printing out more copies. I said I didn't ask her to and mentioned I wasn't running a scam but I said I wanted perfect copies and she mentioned again she wouldn't print more. Clearly, this was an issue with the printer itself. But the response from the associate was disappointing. She never addressed the issue of the printer and got too defensive. Not a good experience.

I went to do a return from Amazon since they say they are a UPS store, and was told it was a private business and the codes from Amazon had to be taken to a formal UPS Store. Take the UPS shipping ability off your website.

Always nice and polite! My wheeled cart wasn’t working and nice clerk got my large box out of car for me.
This is great customer service! Very much appreciated as I’m somewhat handicapped.

I've been using them for years, they're always helpful, and convenient. A bit more expensive than the post office, but they're a small business, so it's understandable. Always friendly service.

Horrible service and over priced. This woman naked Kelsey was the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Post office is cheaper in almost every category. Pathetic company

wow I've never seen a worse run company. they don't open on time and leave early every day. you can tell the workers there don't want to be there. horrible service and prices are t competitive at all. do yourself a favor and just go to the post office
