Love online app't scheduling, in and out no waiting, Friendly staff and my online acount helps me get the results along with my PCP. The online results also gives a understanding explanation of the normals and abnormals.

Was told to just walk in for blood work. Called to verify that walk-ins are welcome, appointments are optional.
Walked in when they opened at 6am, only 2 other people waiting, and was forced to make an appointment for after 9am.
That's not how walk-ins work. I was walking-in for blood work, not walking-in to make an appointment and come back later.
They have a sign saying "walk-ins not guaranteed same day service". Please review the definition of a walk-in. If you're scheduling a time to come back a different day, that's an appointment, not a walk-in.

Just BEWARE when you choose to take an option at check in to wait in lobby or wait in car with text to come in.
I've come to this location for years, never had a problem until today!
Did a walk in appointment which kiosk had one in 15 mins. later, kiosk offered to sit in lobby or in car, I choose in car. when text came I went in, there was one person sitting in there who had been there when I first went in, he stated they called me, and I said yeah I just got the text to come in. So I waited, and another person came in lobby to check in and sat down. (TV Monitor showed my name/appointment, and the next name and time was 30 minutes after mine).Few minutes later a tech (tall big boned lady), came out the door and called this other person who just came in, as the person walked up to her, I stated to the tech that I had been called in. And this tech said with a very rude attitude, "well if your not out here when we call you you just have to wait!" (Quite stunned as I came in as soon as I got the text.)
I said as she continued to take the other person, "Well that was rude!" This taller big boned women had no respect for her elders! A kinder word and attitude could have gone a long way!
So the tech that came and got me 5 minutes later, was kind and bubbly, which I appreciated so much, I told her how the other person was rude, and she said "yeah just ignore her," as though this person was known for that attitude! When you come to get labs here no one should be met with attitude like that!
So BEWARE !!
