Already forgot the ladies name but she was super friendly ! Shoulder length hair and glasses. I hate getting my blood drawn but it didn't even hurt and we talked right through it. ?

I went in at 645 AM with no appointment and they wouldn’t call me back after 45 minutes there was no one waiting so I walked out.

Make sure you have an appointment. They ignore all walk ins. Sat waiting for over an hour even with no one in the building.

Melissa in Davison is wonderful! She took pages of doctor's orders and submitted them all with a great attitude. She drew blood painlessly and she explained what I needed to do to complete my testing. She is caring and efficient at the same time. Melissa does up and above a great job with her clients.

Didnt get her name darn it. She was from Lapeer. Very nicely nice. She said “little poke” & thats all it took. No bruising. Love this location.

I went to Quest today to have some lab work done and had Melissa D as my phlebotomist. She was EXCELLENT! I made an appointment via the phone about 2 hours prior to walking in (that's the time that worked for me), and they took me back to draw my blood almost the same moment as I walked in. Melissa D made it PAINLESS, she was extremely kind and patient and very quick. Very satisfied with this appointment.

A week later and I still have bruising from the lady working early last Tuesday morning. I know I am a hard draw, but I’ve never been bruised by someone before. Not to mention it was pretty painful while she was digging around in my arm.

I tried to schedule a COVID test online but Quest doesn’t have Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan listed as an insurance carrier. I manually entered my insurance information in and Rite Aid wasn’t able to pull up the insurance so I was unable to get the test. I had to pay for a doctors visit to get it done since it was required by my employer that I had one in 24 hrs. You’d think since Quest labs are in Michigan they would list Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Michigan.

You take money out of bank accounts that isn’t owned and then say it will be 8+ weeks before money is refunded. Not once but 3 times!!! Ridiculous. And Better Business Burau says your company has over 1000 complaints unanswered.

6:30 AM. They open at 6:00. There are 4 people in the lobby and we can hear them in the office complaining about their schedule and personal issues while nothing is getting done. This is going on 10 minutes and counting. Still no movement.

Very unprofessional. My wife and I took our 2 week old son the doctors for his check up and they requested blood work to test his Bilirubin stat. We arrived at 2:40 pm to quest where she waited 30 mins after checking in to be told that they are not accepting anymore patients for the day. Even though it says that as long as you’re there 30 mins before close which is 3:30pm. However they wanted to get out early on a Friday so they told us we had to go elsewhere. I would recommend going to a different location or avoiding quest all tougher.

They do not take walk-ins even though the phone message says that they do. Also, the woman working there is the rudest medical professional I've ever dealt with. She should really be in a lab somewhere away from people. I'd rather drive to a different town for my blood draw than to deal with her again.

My son is terrified of needles after going through allot of trauma he is also 4 yrs old as we were seated in the chair my son saw viles and started freaking out the lady rudely said I can't do it with him acting like this I could get hurt I was told he would have to go to hospital and be strapped down to get them I wasn't even going to leave a review until I took him to Burton quest today where they went above and beyond and not only got the job done but had my son leaving saying I'm not afraid of needles anymore so if u want people who care and get the job done go to Burton quest definitely not davison
