We needed to get our home sold fast, but also need to be conscientious about how much money we could make for our family. I read that Ryan gets top dollars for Holmes and we called him. He sold our parents house with the estate sale and got us 825K. We didn’t realize we could get that much and another realtor offered us 500,000 cash, I’m glad we talked to ryan first. Don’t do this stuff without getting an opinion from Ryan. That’s all I got to say about that and hope he helps you and your families too.

Keeps sending me spam in the mail trying to get me to sell my house. He won't take my address off his list. It's getting quite ridiculous getting so many pieces of mail.

I am giving this review based on my experience with Ryan Eashoo. BEFORE, I came acrossed Ryan, I chose an agent that put a sign in my yard, and in 48 days I had one showing, one that had seen my post on Facebook so basically I brought the person to see my house because of my post. Another lady sought me out, trying to see my house because the other agent who did NOT care about getting my house sold blew her request to see my house, off. I sent her to Ryan Eashoo after seeing a few signs in our area. I text him and he stopped what he was doing and offered to help the lady in any way he could. She even thanked me. I found that Ryan showed he was out to sell my home and put more effort than the lady I had from the Lucy Ham Group. I would never recommend that realty place to anyone. I got a release after paying 1,000 to get out of her contract. Watch what your signing with her. Ryan Eashoo has went above and beyond to sell my home. He had it sold as of Good Friday and that was only because it was pending until the process was complete. Within a little over 40 days he had sold my home. His team was amazing. I am not sales pitching as most reviews you often wonder is this a true review. Yes I am a TRUE testimony of the experience I had with this realtor. I want to thank you Ryan for bringing my family back under the same roof after being apart for over a year. You cared about us and made it happen. Now I hope the new homeowners will enjoy their new home as much as I did. Ryan is your best bet at selling your home. I am so thankful to have met you. You stood by your word and made it happen, I couldn't be happier. Thank you!❤️

I had remax edge to sell my home Ryan Eashoo was the seller and the owner, I had a closing date on June 23rd of 2023 my realtor called me at 9:00 a.m. on the closing date of June 23rd or 2023 to inform me that the buyers would not be able to make it in town for that closing date, so we reschedule a closing date for July the 6th of 2023 again the buyer did not show up I showed up and signed the paperwork, I'm all prepared to move my furniture everything is in Memphis now now I'm just waiting on my check from my closing date on June the 6th, I never received a check for my closing date my realtor called me August 2nd to let me know that the buyers have backed out of the deal, boot out June 6th I've been calling my realtor office to ask them what was going on did the buyers back out or what because they wasn't calling to inform me to let me know anything, I'm living in this house with no food no furniture and sleeping on the floor, I had to get my lights and water lights and everything turned back on in this house while I'm still living here, I lost my home in Memphis the one that I was going to buy once I move out of my home in Michigan I was going to use the money from the sale of my house to purchase another, my realtor Ryan constantly kept lying to me about the buyers and won't give me the real reason why the, ever since June 23rd of 2023 my life went down hill, I spend way over 4500 from June to July the 23rd preparing to move now I'm in this house with no furniture these 2 parties have put me in a financial blind, and cause me a great deal of inconveniences, and mentally stress, cause me financial hardship, and I'm still paying for storage for my furniture that is in Memphis, and I have no idea when I'm going to move their they just took my house off the market with this company, and I hired another company to sell my home, this company that put me in a trick bag, and I did not get a deposit from the buyer for by my house, and this company will not give me the documents that I have signed, they are a scam I would not recommend this company to anyone on God Green Earth, this was the biggest mistake in my life hiring remax edge Ryan Eashoo, and the funny thing about this Ryan Eashoo, suggested to me, for him to help me look for a lawyer to sue the buyer, whether he knew it or not I was looking for a lawyer to sue him and the buyer, ????????
