I went in to get my daughter a phone today. Melissa was great,t experience in store was great. However shortly after I got home, my Internet went out. Apparently 20 minutes after I left the store, someone took it up on themselves to disconnect my internet chose the reason because I was moving out of the area and checked in my equipment! I never checked in anything, I'm not moving and I didn't ask for my Internet to be turned off. So I had to spend over an hour with customer service to get my internet turned back on. Don't recommend, thinking of returning and canceling the phone and going elsewhere.

Wait over an Hour and a half and had to leave because there was 4 people ahead of us and 2 people working who took turns disappearing to who knows where. Absolutely horrible experience and the phone customer service isn’t much better. Just bought a home and they want us to prepay because prior owners had service issues. I’m sorry but I am not responsible or going to be punished for someone else’s screw ups

I have a monopoly in my city. Spectrum is the only service allowed. They change your bill and send you conformation of what was done. Then they turn around and say things were not done correctly and now my bill is even higher. Your customer service team BLOWS. Looks like T-mobile will get my service. Because they aleast will give me the right equipment for my services

Melissa is a freakin saint who deserves a raise! She dealt with our crazy family for 3 hours switching phone plans and was helpful and didn’t act annoyed in the least.
She deserves a bonus and a drink!

Thank you to Melissa and Dustin, who went the extra mile tonight to help me and my husband get our phones switched over to Spectrum. My husband had to move his phone over from Metro PCS which was literal nightmare fuel, but they were so helpful and let us leave and come back to finish the job up. We left right at close with two working phones and we couldn’t be happier!

Don’t Wi-Fi from here. They up your Wi-Fi $2 every couple months. Always outages and customer service is terrible

I am posting this to give kudos to an employee at the Davison, MI Spectrum Store. Melissa was efficient in replacing the SIM card in my Samsung phone. What was the most helpful, however, was her patience in answering my questions. I went into the store cranky and came out grateful for the caring customer service I received.

Friendly staff ...has some supplies at the store such as phones n covers for the phone...enjoyed my experience
