Their required check in device and procedures don't work, are confusing, and frustrating, and increase the waiting line for people. Stupid. An old "take-a-number" machine would be easier for the customer (and cheaper for the business).Spectrum manager: You may want to consider a new rate structure to save customers who are finding cheaper and better services elsewhere.

If I could give it a 0 stars I would. The most rude and disrespectful people I've ever dealt with.This was a complaint about the Davison, Michigan Spectrum store.I tried to sign into all of those web sites that the comment below sent in the reply, but I wasn't able to get in contact with the person that left the comment to my review. Please leave another way for me to contact you.

This place benefits greatly from having a monopoly like business model. Bills continually rise without any explanation and treated like a number as you a herded before their clerks by number who are doing you a favor by taking your payments !

Had them for about a month now. I have to reset my equipment multiple times a day, we can't even watch a show without it going down at least once and it takes nearly 30 minutes to start working again. No longer able to do my classes for school or work from home. You're honestly better off paying extra to get a better hotspot on your phone.

Had an excellent experience with Dustin! Our family had a super complicated phone mess on our account and were looking to split off onto individual bills. Dustin was able to take care of all of this effortlessly. Even though we would come in days later, he knew us by name and already remembered the situation/what to do. Great customer service. Additionally, he is incredibly knowledgeable about the industry and technology. We really enjoyed working with him. Thank you Dustin!

Jaime is a good human! She goes above and beyond. A few cranky associates there for sure, but serving the public does make it hard to be bubbly all the time.

I gave it a three because it’s a work in progress. Some customer service issues nothing too major and service is yet to be determined. Overall I gave specter my three due to a little bit of shaky customer service, representatives, and some miss information so we’ll have to see how things progress as they come together.

I spend 90$ a month for internet service that doesn't work half the time an I can't go thru anyone else ncuz they don't offer any better service in my area, internet just sucks!

Two desks open and serving costomers. One man ahead of me...suddenly 1...then 2..then 4 names ahead of us...now I've been there 45 minutes and am not going to be seen anytime soon. Have to go to work. So much for trying to drop off my equipment and cancel service. My wife cancelled it over the phone...one and a half hours on the phone and I can drop the equipment at a UPS Store. Constantly raising cost...terrible buffering constantly...these things make me believe Spectrum has zero concern for customers. Will never have their terrible service again.

I wouldn't even give one star if I could for this location , I arrived for my appt and even though my name was on screen he said he didn't see my appt , then I asked about upgrading account to add mobile and he said I wasnt eligible , he also tried saying $83 was due today for iPhone 12, called spectrum and my total was $55, scam

Stopped by the Davison Spectrum Store today to get a new TV Remote and get info about switching my Mobile phone service. Got right in, no waiting. Lonnie was my Specialist. He was awesome!! I switched my service from Verizon to Spectrum and was out the door within about 35mins.Thank you Lonnie for making this such a pleasant experience. You will be my go-to person for any future business.
