I live in a nearby apartment complex and was SO excited for a Taco Bell to open by us. I was a loyal customer for about 3 months at this location. After that they are always out of something - lettuce, beef, cheese. Today it was the large cups (which is an up charge on the app). When we went to pick up our meal, we were told that they were out of large cups- I had already paid for the up charge. We asked if we could get an extra drink since we paid the up charge. Instead we were told that “you need to take it up with the app for a refund, there is nothing we can do.”It is quite literally the job of the store to keep their stock up and it should not be on the customers to reach out to corporate when this store is CONSTANTLY out of items.This store has been nothing but a disappointment. And I 100% blame management for not staying on top of the ordering and stock of their store. I have never experienced a store this disappointing on the regular.As advised by the store, I will be reaching out to the app for a refund and reaching out to corporate via all routes to share how disappointing this experience is.Edit to add: We got the new Cantina Chicken Quesadilla and got NO CHICKEN. In the quesadilla. Beyond disappointing.

Tonya one of the managers there, is the worst. Talks to the employees so disrespectful. She has no communication skills and speaks very ignorant. She is disrespectful to employees and customers. How does Taco Bell allow a person in management with no skill or respect for their establishment. When I spoke to her about her behavior towards employees and an issue I had about my son not being paid in over a month her response was “ I dont give a f… what a 16 year old has to say”. Rotten attitude, she needs to be fired. She makes a terrible work environment and is a very poor influence on younger employees.

Foods never cut, get a quesadilla that’s still whole. On top of that it’s always soggy and stuck to the paper.

Customer service was horrible and orders are never correct. Do yourself a favor and go an exit up to M15. They are amazing at that one.

Food is the best i've ever had and the service is very nice and the inside of the restaurant is very clean and kept nice. Highly recommend this Taco Bell over any other. The food is very well cooked and tastes delicious.

I ordered a grilled cheese burrito and i asked if the burrito could be remade because you couldn’t even see grilled marks and when i opened it the cheese was laying on the foil not even attached to the burrito, no big deal figured i would just ask to be grilled longer, short girl got mad and was shaking her head. they remade it perfectly that time, food was good made the second time butttttt terrible customer service with the manager ESPECIALLY. the younger workers helped me out perfectly to get the mistake fixed. i understand people have hard days but i did nothing besides ask for what i ordered :)

DONT GET FOOD HERE. they STEAL your MONEY, we placed our order and the skinny white dude with a short little baby goatee and a mustache read our order back to us, and he read it all correctly, but we noticed the screen said a completely different burrito, the bean burrito, shiz like 1.79, then we got to the window and told him that he forgot the burrito supreme and we don't want that bean burrito, and he said "oh I didn't hear that" even though he read it all back to us? so then he changes the total, adding a burrito supreme to the order and not removing the cheap shizzy bean rito, then continues to give us the old burritos they had laying around the back based on the temp and the taste, and charges us for 5 burritos and then we get 4, even after correcting him, and him fully responding and telling us our order. place is a joke thats not even funny.

This is the second time in a row that I have used drive thru and was shorted an item, mex pizza both times. Tonight's order was missing my food and husband's food looks like something was spilled on it, like a beverage, everything was soggy. Plus, I am pretty sure I was charged incorrectly, especially with missing items. Crew was friendly and kind, despite the food screw up.
