Beware. Horrible unit move out and billing handling. I tried to vacate my unit over 4 months ago. Since then, they have continued to attempt to charge me over and over and over again.
I have now had at least 4 (5? Ive lost count) phone conversations with this location or Sparebox corporate about resolving the matter.
Brief backstory: there was reasonable confusion over a matter of a lock being left on the door. Fair enough- we discussed it, came to understand what happened, when, and how it should be handled. Easy, right?
Wrong. I received a bill the very next month. And the 3 months since! I had conversations with this company each time it happened and was told over and over that we were good, notes were updated in the account, my unit was now vacated and I had nothing to worry about!
Wrong. They have now decided to just send it straight to collections, rather than send me the bill only for me to call the office and have it squashed.
At this point, Im convinced the whole “misunderstanding” was false pretext just to sell fake bills to collection agencies. It’s actually more plausible than the idea that such a simple transaction could be mishandled to the point of reproducing the same error, 4 times.
Rent at your own risk. I don’t know how to make sure they wont bill you, forever, but definitely don’t simply take their word for it, get it in writing, and do NOT set up auto bill.
Update: Since posting this review and responding to the collections agency bill, I have received written confirmation that my bill has been resolved.
I’ll be satisfied if another month can pass without another bill arriving in my inbox and will update this review accordingly.

Chelsie was outstanding helped us out in a real pinch.
Went to park my RV into my lot and couldn’t due to a trailer was blocking my spot. I had people there to help me cover up and close for winter & couldn’t take my RV anywhere else
Chelsie was amazing found us a new spot cancelled our old unit so we could park & cover RV for the winter
