This place is an absolute joke
9 out of times times I have any meds filled here I receive text messages stating my meds are ready go to get them hrs later an still not ready or told there’s not any there I mean come on it does not take 9 hrs + to fill meds nor should they be saying they are ready when in fact they are not
Wish they would bring rite aid back! Walgreens has always been an absolute joke

The staff here is kind and considerate. Even going as far as documenting health conditions to have on file and make over the counter suggestions as alternatives or helpers to conditions and patients needs.
I had a poor experience at another pharmacy, so to come here and be treated with great customer service and respect is a breath of fresh air. Thank you so much for your genuine kindness and leaving me with a smile.

I have used this pharmacy for 10 years now. They used to be really fast and good about filling scripts, but now not so much! This Walgreens has gone downhill. While they are open 24 hours, unfortunately it takes them at least 2 days to fill a script and you will be waiting in line at least 20 minutes(on a good day) to pick it up. Their call and fill center sucks at best! The call and fill center almost 100% of the time have zero clue what they are talking about, and most of the time are zero help.
UPDATE: I called in a refill on Saturday 4-12-25 and it took them until Wednesday 4-9-25 to have it ready. I was completely out of said medicine and it's one of those ones you are NOT supposed to run out of! I will be talking to my doctor and I will be switching pharmacies! This is completely unacceptable. It is NOT your patients faults that you didn't prepare for the Rite Aid closures! You guys had well over a year to get ready for the huge influx of Rite Aid patients. You chose to wait until after the closure and now you are giving ALL of your patients mediocre care at best. It takes you guys anywhere from 2-4 days to fill meds and your call center sucks at best! Nobody should have to wait in line for 20 mins inside and 30 to 40 minutes in drive thru!

Staff is over worked so they are rude. Bought a sensor for diabetes there and it was faulty. They do not back the product they cell. I hate the fact Rite aide went out of business. Walgreen sucks! Always has, always will.
