We have used Will for 6 transactions and just referred him to my mother in law who wanted to sell her home. He has always worked hard for us and did the same for my mother in law. He put together a smooth process and kept us informed with every step. Very easy to work with and highly recommend!

Will went above and beyond all expectations! He was so patient in the fact that my husband and I probably had him show us over 15 houses over the past several years. He always welcomed us with a smile and wanted to make sure we found the perfect home. He sold our home in two days and walked us through the purchase of our new home with such ease. He always returned every call promptly, answered any and all questions or concerns we had, and made the whole process enjoyable. Thank you, Will! This is going to be a long winded review, so if you prefer to not read on any further, the one thing you should take away from this is, Will is the best of the best.
Will assisted us with selling our previous home and purchasing another one. This wasn’t our first sale/purchase so we were very familiar with the process but were instantly blown away with Will. One of the first things that stood out was dedication to his clients and love for what he does. We found a house that we loved while Will was away for his sons sports. He immediately arranged for us to go see it with someone else from his office and then wrote the offer for us later that evening, even while he was on vacation (we had been working with him for maybe a few days at this point). The house ended up receiving multiple offers, and we didn’t get it, but it wasn’t meant to be. I should also preface that our house wasn’t even 100% list ready and we were very much asking Will to deviate from his original plan for us, which was to get our current house list ready and have the listing put together so we could put our house on the market the same day we put in an offer. Never once did he seem frazzled or irritated that we were rushing him. Will was always the calm in the very chaotic process of buying/selling.
We ended up finding another home we loved and received multiple offers on our listing and accepted one well above asking, which I credit a large portion to Will and his marketing. One of the things I appreciated the most was we never had to reach out to Will to ask ‘where are we at with this’. His communication skills and knowledge of this industry is top notch and far exceeded our expectations. We felt involved in every step of the way, and he took initiative to solve issues that arose without ever stressing us out. He was accessible any time of the day and if he was with another client, he would immediately give me a call back time. Will is one of the most genuine, hardworking people we’ve met in a long time, and we would work with him again in a heartbeat. You’re in great hands if you decide to work with Will!

Will is awesome! He came highly recommended by a friend of mine and I can easily recommend him to anyone. He treats you like you’re his close friend/family. He truly cares, and has your best interest in mind. Will helped me and my wife buy our first home and walked us through everything, gave advice, and kept us informed. To this day (almost 2 years later) he still checks in to say hey and ask how things are going. Again I can’t recommend Will enough and we will be using him again in the future!

Will is an amazing realtor. He goes above and beyond from the moment you meet him. We are a military family and had to view homes virtually. Will made time in his day to view as many homes as we wanted since we had a short timeframe to find something. He made sure that in the purchase and sale of our home in Lapeer, MI that we were well taken care of and he made us feel at all times like we were his only clients. He is extremely friendly, thoughtful, and professional. My kids loved him and he never acted like they were an annoyance when they were running and yelling in the background of calls or being distracting at the closing table. In fact he colored with them and played with them so I could get everything signed as quickly as possible. He knows what he’s doing and is the right person to trust in this important process. Hopefully if we move back to MI he’ll still be there as a realtor because I doubt there is anyone better than him.

Will is the best realtor we’ve worked with by far. He’s knowledgeable, professional and goes out of his way to be available. Will went above and beyond when we bought a for sale by owner home. He even went as far as to help the sellers to make sure the transaction went smoothly! He made the sale of our previous home smooth and still checks in on us to make sure we are doing well.
