Great place to take your cell phones and tablets to get the screen replaced. They do a little extra with replacing other internal parts like issues with cameras and batterie’s and potentially finding out your item may have further damage that would make that repair not cost effective. A great second opinion on your item as well. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

My computer went into a lock mode that I could not recover. The computer was a paper weight at this point. I called Mike and he said bring it in. It was very critical to have it back same day. Mike did say he could not make any guarantees and possibly could be fixed today or definitely tomorrow. He charged a very fair and reasonable fee. He called me within a couple hours to come pick it up. It’s very appreciated. They are always really nice and professional. This is my first time having computer business with them, but they have been an outlet to pick up Wish orders that I have always used because they are so nice and professional. And now with my computer issue they have that same professional feel. I just wanted to say thanks and bringing anything phone or computer to them, you will not be disappointed. Thanks again.

Spectrum store directed me here or I would have to get a new phone. Andrew helped fix my phone and was super nice. Will definitely come back if I have more issues.

I took my phone in because it would not charge. A quick cleaning of the USB C port removed a collection of pocket debris and soon my phone was a good a new. As a bonus there was no charge for the work. Great service!

They were able to replace my screen and front camera within about an hour and a half, for a great price. They made sure everything worked correctly and even include a warranty on their work. Super polite as well! There is also a decent selection of devices and accessories for phones and PCs

Have insurance through Verizon to have fixed at this store. First couple times nice. After that screen is not available in store or substituting with higher charge. Called Verizon and now direct order at almost half the cost and none of the hassle.

Don’t go for console repair the store in Davison does not service PlayStation 3. They were nice enough about it but drove an hour to get here then turned away would have been nice if the website could specify what they do and do not repair.

I got an appointment set up, and bonus same day service!.
Took a few hrs, my device is as good as new. Highly recommend the 2 men there were professional, prompt & friendly. I will definitely refer my friends & family,
*my device has a 360 protection plan on it, so my repair was 100% covered.

Stopped in today because I thought my computer had a virus. It was looked at , with no charge. Very helpful info and very informative. I appreciated his honesty.. he could of charged $50 for a check up, but said I really didn't need it. I will be using him again , if I have any problems with my phone or computer.
