“Parked easy, got in easy, the people were friendly and courteous. Got out quickly. Went to the produce store at the other end of the strip and got some corn on the cob and asparagus for myself and some romaine lettuce for my bunny. It was a good day.”

“The manager, Steve, provided excellent customer service. He informed me that what we needed had to be done at a different UPS Store, and he forwarded the requirements to the other store for us. He had our products returned to his store so we could pick up our items where we had dropped them off. He worked with me to make sure that what we needed was what we actually got. Thanks to Steve and his staff!”
“I had an old phot I needed copied. The associate who helped me did an excellent job. The contrast and quality of the image was AMAZING!!!! I have never had such a great outcome with a print copy of an old photo. I highly recommend this store and their level of customer service!!!!”

“This is a good UPS location, the workers are always very helpful and I've never had to wait in line very long. They have a self-service scanner kiosk thing so you can scan your own pre-labeled packages in yourself which is very convenient.
It seems like there is always a truck dropping stuff off or picking stuff up from the back, which makes me feel like my packages are getting there fast.”

“I guess if you want to read about entitlement and people telling on themselves by accident, come to the review section for this UPS. I would give it 4, but I come there a lot and seeing what they constantly go through, I am surprised they are nice most of the time. So I am going with 5 stars because it is almost as bad as a bank with people walking in not understanding how employees work for a company, and they aren't allowed to change the rules because you did zero prep before coming in. Sorry to rant but I was just going to leave a decent review for the mostly nice people there, but wow...the reviews on here.”

“I come to this UPS location pretty often, usually with a lot of packages at once, and the staff is always incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. Even when the store is extremely busy, they never make me feel rushed or like I’m inconveniencing them. They take their time helping me get everything handled properly while still being kind and professional. I really appreciate the patience and great attitude they show every time I come in. Great customer service and an awesome team!”
