The store associates are always friendly and helpful at this location. I mainly only visit UPS to take care of Amazon returns, but I recently looked into printing service at this location and they were helpful and replied to my email with great information and reasonable pricing.

The one near my house (5 Mile and Newburgh, Livonia) is always quick and easy. There has never been a time when I walked in and had to wait, someone is always ready to help. Printing is also very easy, electronic. Overall, the staff is insanely nice and the service is quick and simple.
