“I come to this UPS location pretty often, usually with a lot of packages at once, and the staff is always incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. Even when the store is extremely busy, they never make me feel rushed or like I’m inconveniencing them. They take their time helping me get everything handled properly while still being kind and professional. I really appreciate the patience and great attitude they show every time I come in. Great customer service and an awesome team!”

Yesterday was the problem when they did knock at my door and I got a doorbell and they left a piece of paper where I I have to go pick it up. I thought that was wrong. You should’ve rung the doorbell, but you didn’t. You just left a little piece of paper.”
“I visited this location on December 20th and yes there was a line. If you expect there to not be a line to ship packages during the holidays, you're an idiot. Paul was incredibly helpful and friendly in shipping out my 3 packages. There were a lot of people waiting but he gave me his full attention and made sure that all of my packages were going to fit into the right size boxes. He double checked my addresses and phone numbers and made sure I had all my tracking information before I left. All of the other employees were also working super diligently, either helping other customers or taking phone calls. There was even an employee from a different location helping out. This crew is outstanding and I can sing their praises enough.”

“I want to recognize Michelle and Steven for the outstanding customer service they provided during one of the most stressful experiences I’ve ever gone through.
This was my first time putting together an obituary program for a loved one, and I had absolutely no idea where to begin. Michelle was incredibly patient and compassionate. She took the time to sketch out a sample layout by hand so I could understand how an obituary booklet should be organized. She also spent time helping me make adjustments on the computer so I could get everything just right. Steven also helped improve the cover page.
I know FedEx offers design services, and I’m not even sure if everything they did for me was expected as part of their regular job, but they went above and beyond to help me. Michelle kindness made an overwhelming situation much more manageable, and I’ll always be grateful for that.
There was one small error in the final booklet where a family member’s name ended up in the wrong section after revisions were made. However, I also recognize that I received the final proof and approved it before printing, so I share responsibility for not catching it during such an emotional and stressful time.
Overall, the obituary turned out beautifully, and I truly appreciate the compassion, patience, and professionalism that Michelle and Steven showed my family. Also thank you Sergio for making that last minute update to the cover page. Much appreciated!”

From what I've seen you should already have your package taped, labeled and ready to go. I've been going there for years and probably have only had to wait once and it was a 5 minute wait.”
