“Came here on Wednesday April 15th to ship a phone. Moe was helpful during a big ordeal that took place for a week. Informed him this was my first time shipping something and he was able to not only walk me through the process but to state that he’ll be doing all the shipping. Moe made the entire experience calming and great! He was professional and easy to talk to. If you see this Moe, thanks again, you have no idea that so much was going wrong that week and you made it easy for one thing to work quickly! “I had a very smooth experience shipping with DHL here on Schaefer Rd. Unlike some other shipping centers that can be chaotic, this location was calm and professional. The gentleman at the counter was helpful—he double-checked my label to make sure the address format was correct before scanning it in. I also appreciate that they are open on Saturdays. Definitely my go-to spot in Dearborn for shipping.”

“I had a good experience going to drop off my item inside UPS store. Yesterday was the problem when they did knock at my door and I got a doorbell and they left a piece of paper where I I have to go pick it up. I thought that was wrong. You should’ve rung the doorbell, but you didn’t. You just left a little piece of paper.”
“I visited this location on December 20th and yes there was a line. If you expect there to not be a line to ship packages during the holidays, you're an idiot. Paul was incredibly helpful and friendly in shipping out my 3 packages. There were a lot of people waiting but he gave me his full attention and made sure that all of my packages were going to fit into the right size boxes. He double checked my addresses and phone numbers and made sure I had all my tracking information before I left. All of the other employees were also working super diligently, either helping other customers or taking phone calls. There was even an employee from a different location helping out. This crew is outstanding and I can sing their praises enough.”
“Great experience and they saved my day. I flew to Detroit to buy equipment and they were able to help me from the quote to the loading dock. Rachel Young helped me on quote and paperwork, I believe Jason on the site processed the order and loading. I tried FedEx freight for dropping off in person and they weren't helpful at all.”
