They are knowledgable about their services and efficient when working with customers (even when the customers don’t always know what they need/want). The store is newly renovated which gives it a wide open feel that matches other UPS stores. I love that they accept not only UPS but also USPS packages!”

The gentleman at the counter was helpful—he double-checked my label to make sure the address format was correct before scanning it in. I also appreciate that they are open on Saturdays. Definitely my go-to spot in Dearborn for shipping.”

“I visited this location on December 20th and yes there was a line. If you expect there to not be a line to ship packages during the holidays, you're an idiot. Paul was incredibly helpful and friendly in shipping out my 3 packages. There were a lot of people waiting but he gave me his full attention and made sure that all of my packages were going to fit into the right size boxes. He double checked my addresses and phone numbers and made sure I had all my tracking information before I left. All of the other employees were also working super diligently, either helping other customers or taking phone calls. There was even an employee from a different location helping out. This crew is outstanding and I can sing their praises enough.”
