Customer service for any billing or accounting issue is non-existent . . . terrible . . . no follow-up nor return calls

I’ve called 3 times to get off mailing lists and they continue to bombard me with junk mail. I haven’t had aaa in years and don’t want it. How difficult is it to not harass people when they don’t want your services?

AAA is by far the worst company this far. I have been waiting more than 2 months for my $45 refund and I keep getting the run around. Everyone passes the buck but no one is accepting accountability. I will switch companies because I'm not valued as a customer. #AAAsucks.
