“Flagstar Bank, FSB as an entity has absolutely disappointed me during this entire new bank account process— but Alexis from this branch specifically fixed my two month issue in under 10 minutes AND provided a follow up email. I opened an account months ago and Flagstar still hadn’t shipped out my debit card despite trying to request it. I went into the branch and Alexis was polite and attentive to me as well as her other customer. She heard my issue, expedited it to the branch manager, and provided me with an update in 10 minutes.
