“Took my first free class today and was impressed by the customer service. I walked in and was greeted right away. Very clean environment. You go in the door on the side of the road and park at the parking lot right next door. The coach Tiffany was energetic and encouraging throughout the whole process. I guess each day is different. I like how they provide you with the full experience for your first free session. You arrive 30 mins early and they give you a run down of all the classes. The music is pumping and it’s a hitt workout basically non stop moving. Class went by so fast. I haven’t signed up yet because I’m figuring out what exercises I want to do. They even donate old sneakers here as well. I recommend wearing athletic shoes. There’s strength training, water rowing and treadmill. They do bingo, raffles and challenges.

I did ask about how cancelling works and if you want to cancel they need a 30 day notice.

You can activate a membership online or over the phone as well.

They have a 2 week promo if you want to try it out but i would recommend to cancel the day you sign up.

They have lots of classes and variety of time blocks. Some people even go twice a day!

To purchase a orange theory monitor it’s 120$ with one year warranty or 10$ a class to rent. In order to see your heart rate/calories you need one”

“I like the gym the employers are very nice and kind. I have respect for everyone. Specially, the manager is very kind. I told him to cancel my membership. He served me right away without asking me any reason the only thing I didn’t like about the gym, they charge too much money I paid $140 with the $60 yearly fee and I only been there for two months. I’m going to LA fitness it’s 30 l a month and $60 a year. They have everything I need from swimming pool sauna jacuzzi and more”
